Rude staff. Informing the costumer that closing time is 12:30am, so obviously costumer may take time enjoying their drinks until before 12:30am or maybe exact 12:30am. Some of their staff will signal to his/her colleagues pointing one costumer still quietly seating inside the cafe and that time wasn't 12:30am yet. Still have 5 minutes left. Making fun of that costumer and saying, "ano ka ba may 5 minutes pa kasi" respond by the other colleague and their security will also respond "tagal naman". That so rude. Ordered belgian waffle for take out and requested the cashier that the foam and chocolate be on a separate container.

The one who prepared my order put it in a container together. I asked that it be separated because the bread will become soggy and I've also adviced the cashier to separate it. Girl redid the packing made a new set for take out, separate foam and chocolate but the waffle is in a paper sleeve. Now how am i supposed to eat this belgian waffle?

Place was average, went here for a takeout on a Sunday night and it took around 10-15 mins to have our order. One notable thing was the line for the counter is confusing, my boyfriend even noticed one customer who came in but can't seem to find the line for the counter so he just left. Also, they should note that the entrance is the one inside the mall. The signage just said "other door" and I noticed a lot of us were looking for that other door...
