A very bad one. Last Dec 14,2015, me and my wife checked in at eurotel makati,room 608.. I just came from abroad and i have stayed in this hotel for about 4 to 5 times already usually overnights but this last one was very stressful as a couple. Here are my experiences as follows;
The AC - it was defective and was not consistently working . I had to call for assistance in 2 occasions. It was making vibration sound and was blowing stale air . We were perspiring and being so tired from travel we couldn't get a good sleep. The guy told me "lalamig din yan sir". The mattress - It was made up of 2 single mattresses joined together,, it created a split in the middle and irritatingly buried ourselves in the middle split. How can you sleep with that? The linen was like a hospital sheet, i was expecting a decent blanket but sorry none. I guess they knew it complemented their lousy AC unit. No slippers until i requested. Only 1 was given when there were 2 of us. 5.The bathroom didn't have a plastic curtain such that when you shower it splashes to the water closet and wets the floor,, Oh by the way there was no bathroom mat until requested. There were 2 complimentary bottled water but my goodness the fridge was cold empty. Why the do you put a fridge with nothing on it?, Magbabayad naman kami whatever we consume! 7.The WI_FI connection was ,, oh forget it! Going for breakfast downstairs,,i was refilling my coffee when i noticed a cockroach on the cup next to mine.. i told the lady not to use it, ewwww. My wife wanted some toasted bread but the toaster wasn't working. A guy came trying to fixed it . holding the bread ,, bare hands ,, making the adjustments again ,, same hands,, i said whats the use of the tong beside him??? Out of frustration i was on the elevator and i asked one lady if their AC was okay.. She said " ay akala ko sa amin lang and di gumagana".
There you go ,,,me and my wife had migraines all the way to the airport due to lack of sleep ,, ohhh.. if not for the location of this hotel which is right in the heart of makati,,everything else is subjective...I was kind enough to give the bell boy a tip for getting me a taxi to NAIA 2. I told my wife lets gets out smiling ,,walang basagan ng trip okay?? so...

It was alright at first until we decided to lay down and it was very uncomfortable. It is my first time ever being in a hotel with black cover as the bedsheet. Since it is black, you don't know if it is clean or not.
Secondly, the toilet tiles are stained and you wouldn't want to step on it without your own slippers. I couldn't even trust their rubber slippers, looked like it was just wash with normal detergent and no sterilization.
Thirdly, as you can see in the photos, the walls in the bathroom are dirty. I also didn't dare lay on that dirty looking bath tub. The water pressure isn't as strong enough so it takes twice the time to shower.
Fourth, the rack for the towel right on top of the toilet was about to fall off the wall. I called the reception and they fixed it. Well, not really fixed, they just pushed it back. Thus if you put the towel again, it will fall back to it's original position.
Fifth, the staffs with their radio can be heard so loudly inside the room. They were noisy chatting and we could barely sleep already.
The table was broken and need some repairs and refurnishing. The room was quite dusty too, we didn't see where the dust are but we could smell it and I kept sneezing the whole time we were there.
Lastly, maybe not so important but I'll just put this here. We checked in late, I forgot our Buko pie in the table while waiting for them to check us in. Having a lot of luggage with no staff offering help, I forgot it on the coffee table by the lobby. But no one was there except us, not even a staff followed us to give our food back. We went out a few minutes later to go to 7/11 which was a few meters next to the hotel and still even when we were back, they didn't give it back.
For me it was fine, but my SO was hungry and wanted to eat it.
They boast to be the #1 hotel for Businessmen, but if I am a businesswoman/man, I wouldn't even stay there. The price is too high for the quality you get, both from the staff and the room. There are better...

Despite not having a pre booked room on a busy father's day weekend, we were still able to get a good room walking in for their low prices.
Though showing its age, the establishment & its rooms were decent. Pretty clean. Definitely no moulds, since I never got any allergic reactions. & While the place is pretty old, facilities were well maintained. The ac & elevator for example, all work well.
My only complaints looking back were the supposedly queen size bed frame having two single mattresses which split multiple times when one sleeps at the center. So you have to keep moving the mattresses back in place. The sheets were also not the form fitting type & didn't have stretchable bands, so it's bound to get loose often. This was the case for multiple stays.
We didn't require much in terms of room service, but from the little interactions we've had with the staff/reception, they were pretty responsive & kept things hassle free. The guard was very helpful from the moment we've arrived with guiding us with parking, & leading to the lobby.
Parking didn't seem spacious, but we did get a spot despite arriving during the said father's day weekend.
THE MAIN ADVANTAGE I'd say would be the location. The surrounding stores, establishments nearby should have all the essentials (convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, laundry, grocery). The food choices nearby range from real restaurant experiences (a lot of Japanese ones, but still a nice variety as well) & even cheap streetfood.
It's easy access by vehicle or commute to Magallanes MRT, Greenbelt, a Skyway ramp nearby, & South Super highway make it a good hub if you're looking to explore locations that those spots...
