All of the staff are courteous and accommodating. The place could be improved in terms of maintenance but the over-all experience was good. Also as a guest, please AVOID SPEAKING LOUDLY as other guests are there to relax and unwind.

Detailed review: Once you arrive at the lobby, you will be greeted by the staff. It would be best to have a reservation through their FB page. These are the rates when I inquired:

1 to 5 years old - Free 6 to 12 years old - Half of the price 13 and above years old - Full payment

PACKAGE 1 - ₱ 799 Condition: 3 hours of stay - No massage (no complimentary)

PACKAGE 2 - ₱ 999 Condition: 12 hours of stay - No massage (with juice and fruits)

PACKAGE 3 - ₱ 999 Condition: 2 hours of stay plus 1 hour massage (with juice and fruits)

PACKAGE 4 - ₱ 1,299(M-TH) & ₱ 1,499(F-SUN) Condition: 11 hours of stay plus 1 hour massage (with meal, juice and fruits) (Note: this also has a complimentary 1 game at the claw machine)

Also, they have BIRTHDAY PROMOS. 15% off on the day and 10% off within your birthday month. And I highly suggest you come on a weekday so you could relax.

Then after confirming reservation or availment of their package, they will guide you to the locker rooms where you will leave all your belongings. You can bring your cellphone/charger. Your locker key is a worn beaded bracelet.

In the female locker room, they will provide you with a shirt and shorts. They also have have a water dispenser (cold, warm, hot water) for drinking. The shower/sauna room, is where you can freshen up immediately after arriving and/ or before you leave. They have the following provided: shampoo, body wash, disposable shaver, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, facial tissue, wet tissue, brush and blower. Although I suggest you still bring your own toiletries. Inside the shower room, they have 4 bath tubs, sauna room, steam room, shower areas and 1 toilet.

After changing to the spa clothes, you can use the stairs or use the elevator to go to the different amenities of the spa. 2nd floor is where you can find the dining area, arcade (they have 3 units with Street Fighter game), 4 claw machine, movie area (actually it's just a big smart TV with YouTube), Jjimbang, and my favorite sleeping area (I'll discuss more of this later).

In the dining area, you will give the ticket for your complimentary meal. You may choose from the 3 options as shown in the picture. They have other food offerings but for a price. When you order they will ask for your locker number and have you sign the receipt. They have some board games that you can use to play with your friends. They also have a air hockey table in the dining area.

In the corner of the stairs going to the 3rd floor is an assigned staff for appointments on the massage and coin purchase for the claw machine. The tokens are priced 100 pesos for 10pcs. You need to schedule your preferred massage time as they will assign you rooms. They will also suggest that you arrive in that area 15-30mins before your requested schedule.

Then on the 3rd floor is where you can find 2 rooms with 1 table tennis table and 2 stationary bicycle each. They have 4 paddles and balls (please wash your hands after, the smell of the used paddle kind of sticks to your hand 😵‍💫). The kids play area is also in this floor.

5, 6 and 7th floor are guest rooms and massage rooms. BTW, they have room accommodations in case you don't like common area sleeping rooms.

8th floor is where the billiards area is located as well as the the Videoke/Bar room. Sadly, they only have 1 room for this so in case someone is using the Videoke you have to wait or share using it with others. They have a maximum of 3-5 songs per table if there are other guests with you. You can also order cocktails or hard drinks in the bar.

My favorite place in the Spa is their common sleeping area. It is like a capsule hotel. The room temp is just right, they have firm leather pillows and soft feathery blanket. You'll...

Restaurant 5of5 Fried Rice is sooo delicious that we ordered this 3x and everything else weve ordered! We came from korean company and knows authentic delicious korean food and resto is comparable to the resto we always go to! Try also all their kimchi jiggae, doenjan jiggae, galbi tang, dumpling, even the ramyeon. Haha soo good! Reasonable naman presyo. May free food per guest. Comes with food stub

Amenities 4 of 5 Restful and relaxing stay. 1F shower, steam, bat tubs, lobby, i also saw manicure lounge. We stayed for 24Hrs. Pinoys arent used to shared baths haha so thisll be a new experience. We took bath at 10pm and almost no one was there. No clothing. Wet and dry steam can wear towel/tapis. Bath tub/soak, no haha. You can buy scrubs and salts, etc which you need to pay separate 99-399 range for your soaks credit to your locker#. Clothes and slippers provided. Kids get too but smallest is medium for adult. Let kids wear their own rubber slippers. My hubby on the other hand got very shy and chose not to use bath haha not use to seeing lots of naked men around. Massage service was great! Skilled staff and the massage bed is commendable! Theyll have to ask you for sign after you can check the amount of tip youll give. Billiards, Golf, stationary bikes, bar, my hubby and i enjoyed table tennis AND arcades, and my daughter of course the playroom. Theres still room to improve on the amenities tho, kids playroom needs more toys etc. Sana may curtains yung shower area at least para sa mga shy hehe. Claw machine, hirap maka kuha haha. 10pesos per coin. Free 2 coins each paying guests.

Room 3 of 5 Sorry i had to score like this, no access to shower. All guests need to bathe at 1stF or 7thF ata. 1.5K is quite a pay so sana pwd na rin access shower for people who are not used to shared bath. No tv in the room, so pang sleep lang tlga sya. Mejo gloomy yung lighting. Tas can also improve or add scent to the corridors and rooms.

Bed is comfy and large tho. There are massage beds in the rooms.

Location They have a bus so baka mga 10cars kasya sa parking. Easy to find the place. Mej may ontin squatter na dadaanan pero yung entrance to place matino naman.

Cost For our stay 1499 each + 1500 room + food (dinner,lunch,desserts,drinks) 2000 + tips 300 ~about 7K+ sulit?! DEFINITELY for a 24HR stay. Recommend?! Yes! Sure its a good experience! Sharing my experience last May 13, from arrival on the building you will be welcomed by front desk staff and attendants, mind you that from the start they are very accommodating and polite.

The locker area is airy and comfortable with drinking water, things like cotton buds, hair gel and hair blower, tissues are also available on the vanity or pampering area. I'm impressed on the quality of the towels that will be given to you too, it is thick yet soft and smells really nice. On the shower area shampoos and body soap are available, also disposable toothbrushes can be found on the other side; there can be some improvements on the shower whereas the water does not easily get drained on the floor. The pool has a spacious size and the water quality is great as it is so clear you can see the tiled floor, there's also herbal med jacuzzi, The steam sauna and dry sauna need improvements, first is needs a visible temp check outside especially on the steam sauna which becomes too hot at given times you can't stay for at least a minute inside. Second, the door handles on both sauna room inside gets too hot also, it might need to be covered with something like rubber. And let me also mention again of how complaisant and approachable the staff here in the men's area like Renz who was the attendant when I went there, it was nice to talk to him, kudos on the good service.

After soaking and using the saunas, I went upstairs to their restaurant to avail my free complementary meal with drinks; the area is also spacious and the food is good like the usual. You can also find in this floor the game room, retro video games, table games, claw machines, a dry sauna room and my favorite area, the sleeping area. I hope they continue this kind of setup the sleeping area has because it is so comfy it can make you snooze easily, there's fleece blanket in every bed too.

The package I availed also has a 1 hr. massage inclusion. This service is the one that needs improvement the most not the massage itself but its process. There should already be a time or schedule that the customer can choose from, not oblige the costumer to go and talk to the staff responsible in queueing the massage list and not be given a specific time when the massage will start. Let the customers choose in a hourly basis like 6pm, 7pm, 8pm batches. Also, when the massage finishes, the therapist will hand you over a tip slip where you will tick the amount, I hope you can put a blank area because there are amount specified on the slip and it doesn't look good (on my personal view).

Overall, this spa has an excellent employees, like I am really happy and will repeat to say that they are very approachable and assistive. The service is 4 star all in all and I also hope that improvements will be visible the next...
