10-27-23, past 2pm, got into Robinsons via the Padre Faura entrance. Main purpose was to find some maternal/baby needs for our daughter who had just given birth. The other reason was to find the nearest toilet, as I was on water pill due to my ailing heart. Was told by the guard at the entrance that the nearest toilet was at the far end of the mall going to the Pedro Gil side. Had no choice but to walk that distance, almost 1 block away just to have a pee. For an ailing senior citizen like me, accompanied by wife who is also a senior citizen, it was a terrible experience!

Finding the boutique for the baby-care-need compounded the agony, as the electronic directory we were directed at, was not working! To cut the long story short, we did found the boutique, including the dept store children's section, but the item we were supposed to buy was out of stock! Bad luck? No! I think we just got into the wrong mall, located in the capital city of the country! Had it been in any of the malls in Quezon City, the horrible experience we just had would not...

Limited access to connecting floors from 5th floor parking entrance because the escalators are currently being repaired. But still plenty of shops to visit and wide choices of restos to eat at. The lobby area's music is just too loud. It was pounding to the ears that could trigger a migraine. It adds stress in the air, instead of relaxed mood and easy feel, to the ambience.
