True Son of Magalang, Pampanga! okI had the pleasure of dining at Bistro Remedios recently, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The Gule Magalang, a delicious vegetable dish from Magalang, was a true standout. Its rich flavors and fresh ingredients made it a memorable choice. The sinigang na Bangus sa bayabas was another highlight of the meal. The combination of tender Bangus fish and the unique bayabas (guava) flavor in the sinigang broth was a must-try that left a lasting impression. To top off the culinary journey, the Sikreto ni Maria Clara dessert was an absolute treat. It was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal at Bistro Remedios. Overall, Bistro Remedios offers a delightful dining experience with a menu that showcases the best of Filipino cuisine. The Gule Magalang, sinigang na Bangus sa bayabas, and Sikreto ni Maria Clara are just a few of the reasons why I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a taste of authentic Filipino flavors and a warm dining ambiance.

Excellent authentic Filipino cuisine better than lola (grandma) or mama used to make. My group of 8 adults and 4 kids ordered about 15 dishes from their massive menu to share and each came out amazingly good and quickly. My favorites were (1) the Rellenong Bangus (stuffed milkfish) filled with it's own hand-shredded meat, carrots, raisins, and seasonings, then fried with a light batter, (2) Laing which are shredded taro leaves cooked in coconut milk, lemongrass, and chili- deeeeelicious! and (3) Stuffed Squid- tender, tasty, and tentacle-y! Drinks (alcoholic and not) were great! The Green Mango shake was yummy and sour with just a hint of sweetness. Excellent everything! NOTES/TIPS: **Very fair pricing! Credit cards accepted. **Clean bathrooms. Wonderful service. **Great spot for lunch, dinner, dates, family, and friends.

It’s so nice to see that Bistro Remedios is doing well amidst the numerous Korean barbecue restaurants around this once vibrant local. Rediscovering this place after a long, long time is like making a homecoming of sorts. Of course big sister, Cafè Adriatico just across may be considered as the LJC front-liner in the area but Bistro Remedios may also serve what big sister has! And the plus of Remedios is that there are a lot of local Kapampangan delights Adriatico does not serve! Enjoyed the Sinuteng Pusit, Ensaladang Ampalaya, Ginataang Lechon Kawali and the Puso ng Saging! And we ended this delcious dinner with Sikreto ni Maria! Do drop by Bistro Remedios when in the are! A great place to rediscover!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bistro Remedios, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the warm ambiance to the impeccable service and, of course, the outstanding food, every aspect of my experience was truly remarkable.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made me feel right at home. The cozy and inviting atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. The attention to detail in the restaurant's decor and layout further added to the overall charm.

Now let's talk about the food! The menu at Bistro Remedios is a gastronomic delight, offering a diverse range of options to suit every palate. Each dish was expertly crafted, showcasing a harmonious blend of flavors and the finest quality ingredients. From the appetizers to the main course and desserts, every bite was a culinary revelation.

I was particularly impressed by the chef's ability to balance creativity with tradition. The presentation of each dish was a work of art, beautifully plated and visually enticing. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the portions were generous without compromising on quality.

The menu offered a decent variety of Filipino dishes, showcasing the diversity of the cuisine. The flavors in the dishes were generally authentic, and the presentation was visually appealing. However, there were a few instances where the execution fell short. Some dishes were slightly overcooked or lacked the full depth of flavors that are typically associated with Filipino cuisine. Consistency in food quality across all dishes should be a priority to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

The service staff were friendly and welcoming, and their knowledge about the menu and Filipino cuisine was commendable. They were attentive and prompt in taking orders and refilling drinks.

The restaurant's ambiance successfully captured the essence of Filipino culture, with its warm colors, traditional artwork, and music. The decor created a pleasant and inviting atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to dine. However, the seating arrangement felt a bit crowded, which could be improved to enhance customers' comfort and privacy.

Despite the areas for improvement mentioned above, dining at your Filipino restaurant was a pleasant experience. The warm ambiance, friendly service, and authentic flavors provided a glimpse into the rich culinary traditions of the Philippines. With some fine-tuning in areas such as service efficiency, consistency in food quality, and competitive pricing, your restaurant has the potential to become a go-to destination for Filipino cuisine enthusiasts.

I hope you find this review helpful and consider the feedback provided as constructive criticism aimed at enhancing the overall dining experience. I wish you all the best and look forward to visiting your restaurant again...
