MEGUMI NARA 2/5 just now on Google We were greeted by the lobby area which was set up as a 'homey' place with all the couched and the old scent. However frontdesk lady wasn't so enthusiastic to cater us and she did not bother to give our change even though it's just one peso. Their prices our way too high for the service that they provide and compared to other leading motels. When we walk to our room, the room was tidy but cabinets are old, and bed was firm. There were two little unwrap soap sitting on the table near a very small tv on the wall which has no other channels aside from 5 local channels. We were thankful for a water heater though. In the middle of the night someone was fidgeting in our doorknob but when we checked to see, the guy has already rounded the corner in the hall so we didn't get the chance to ask what the hell do he want. No meals included. When we looked out our window we saw a fire staircase full of clothing hangers like it was thrown from different rooms. Our window is directly facing another room's window. Basic, basic accommodation, absolutely empty room, no refrigerator nor microwave. No restaurant on site but there are some outside the motel. But over all it was an okay place to stay especially just for an overnight stay. Wouldn't recommend it for longer...

We stayed here straight from our flight to sleep and rest last November 2023. We chose this hotel as it is near our meeting place for our onward road trip the following day. We arrived around 12 midnight and stayed until 8am. The staff in the reception is not that accommodating. He just did the bare minimum, that is collect the payment and gave us the room key. The bed covers in the rooms were very thin and they don't even have blanket. The aircons were noisy. Although we were tired from our overseas flight, we didn't manage to sleep right away as the mattress and pillows were sub-standard. They didn't even provid tissue roll in the toilet. I truly regret staying in this hotel. It was a waste of time and money. By the way, the room door peepholes were installed the other way around. People/staff can see what's inside the room when they look through from the hallway. You cannot see who is outside if you are looking from...

AVOID this place. If only there's ZERO rating.

It was our first stay and the overall experience were unpleasant. Staffs aren't responsive to your needs as guest. Air-condition is not functioning well. Room is a bit gloomy. Comfort room is not clean. You can't sleep well because of noise. Prices are too high for the LOW quality of service you get.

Suggestions: You should consider asking guests details for safety and security purposes. A staff should atleast assist guests as well.

To the owner/s, experience your so called "Cosmo Hotel" in order for you to see that there's something wrong on how you run your business and assess the quality service of it.
