I didn’t really mind that my food came incomplete at first since they said they would just deliver the missing item. It took a while, so I decided to pick it up myself, and that was okay with me too. What bothered me was the attitude of Rausa/ Rause when I followed up.

I noticed that someone who just ordered got their food ahead of me, while mine was still pending. When I placed my order, I already requested not to get the breast or back part, but when I followed up, I was answered dismissively, like it didn’t matter. They even said there were no thigh parts left, but I clearly saw that their co-worker was holding one, and only then did they hand it to me.

There was no apology for the delay or the mix-up, and the way I was responded to felt unprofessional and rude. The food itself was fine, but the attitude really ruined the experience.

After several visits to this store, we are pleased to say that they are consistently meeting our expectations. The food and service have been reliable and satisfactory.

One minor comment is regarding the layout of the dining area. The majority of the dining space is located on the second floor. This means that after ordering on the first floor, you need to wait for your food to be served before heading upstairs to dine. While this isn't a major inconvenience, it can be a bit of a hassle, especially during busy times.

On a positive note, the drive-thru experience is truly magical, especially with the beautiful Christmas lights display on the driveway. It adds a festive and charming touch to the overall experience.

[13JUN25] did a quick errand around the area and had to stop for a quick breakfast, this join has 3 kiosks for order placements, sadly you wont know if your items is out of stock unless you reach the counter.

Unfortunately no more longganisa. So i get to try the double pattie aloha. I was happy to be served with a glass of iced water since i ordered ala cart items, a burger and peach mango pie, so kudos for the sympathy and empathy thinking what customers need based on the order.

This joint has a second floor for more seats and tables are equipped with the call out feature, not sure lang if working na. They also have an al fresco area.

Drive thrue is available here. Parking is on 2 sides only, so limited lang.

Restroom has no bidet....
