Reserved a room for 3 directly with the hotel staff for the 3 days 2 nights weekend. We had a hard time in this hotel - no adequate concierge staff on the ground floor to help you carry your stuff from the ground floor to the 30th floor (where the hotel lobby is located). They ask for a deposit of 1000 pesos for possible "damages" during your stay, even though their room rates are already a bit pricey for a small studio room that wasn't even private! We stayed at the 32nd floor. There was a small gap in the wall, near the window, connecting our room to the next one, so it was very noisy. Both rooms, I think, could hear each other's conversation, which is a breach on our privacy. The beds still have plastic covers underneath the linen, so every time you toss and turn, you could hear the plastic crumpling. We even found a comb, in between the sofa cushions. There is only a small fridge for drinks, a microwave for heating up food, no thermos or anything to heat up water, no glasses provided. There is no safety deposit box. The bathroom is SMALL, with no door to the shower area. So when you shower, the floor to the toilet area is very wet. They did not provide any floor mats, where you could wipe your feet with, so he had to walk barefoot on the cold tiles upon going out the bathroom. Even the bathroom soaps and shampoos were quite cheap. The towels they provided looked dirty, as they had gray stains and looked used. There is no complimentary breakfast or meals provided, despite their price. And every time we called to the concierge, they ask if we "paid" already before we could have any concerns attended to - which is very frustrating and inhospitable, considering that this IS a "hotel". The staff were rude. After having our room cleaned for the 2nd day, our towels were taken by the housekeeping staff, but they did not provide any replacements. We had to call and request for the towels, and sad to say, they had NO towels available, as there was no delivery, yada yada. And when the towels did arrive, they only provided 2 when we requested for 3, and they still looked dirty, so we were hesitant to use them. We requested for a parking space to be available, however the reservation for the parking was a per monthly basis. Overall, the service could have been better. They are falsely advertising a good class hotel, but considering their rates and this experience, this is a cheap hotel at best. I've stayed in hotels in Taipei, with cheaper prices, with yet better service and bigger rooms.

Read moreI just want to share, the last time we booked at the Bali Holiday Inn in Indonesia, after we checked out at 12 noon, we left our luggage at the hotel because our flight to Manila was at 2 am in the morning. We asked if there was a place where we could freshen up before our flight, and they offered a large room that wasn't in use and even gave us one towel each. They were so kind. Also, when we checked in at the Novotel Pratunam in Thailand, we had a similar situation where our flight was at 12 am, so we asked if we could use a washroom, and they offered the shower room by their pool area. Isn't that nice of them? Then, when I requested if we could at least change clothes and freshen up at this hotel, they refused until we insisted, so we went to the pool area just to change. The front desk approached me and asked why we were there and who gave us permission since they didn't allow it. For your information, we didn't sleep because your air conditioner wasn't cooling, and we politely requested, yet you still refused. Would it hurt you if we just changed in your public restroom? I don't recommend this hotel; even the elevators are a hassle, with one damaged, and no bath mat. Management, I hope you take...
Read moreWe chose to stay at this place due to convenience across from the university. OMG the worst experience of our lives. ||The hotel was disgusting full of cockroaches smelt so damp. ||Our fist night was unexplainable looking for room spray to kill the cockroaches, I couldn’t bear to step on the floor as the carpet looked like it belonged in the garbage. The bathroom tiles were all coming off ||My husband complained bitterly and was moved to another room for our second night which I can only imagine was right underneath the dance floor or some concrete workshop. But alas the permanent resident cockroaches were out again on full force. ||The staff were as good as the cockroaches hiding when you ask them something. The receptionist was far more worried about her TikTok/Instagram videos that actually being of any help. ||The only pleasant person was the security guard but they maybe he was stationed outside of the hotel and wasn’t attacked by the...
