It’s our first time here in B Hotel Alabang. We regularly stay in B hotel-QC since they are also a pet friendly hotel. We cannot help but compare the quality of service & accomodation between the 2 hotels since they belong to the same company.We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and spent our new year’s eve with our pet dog. I can say that we’re satisfied with our overall experience during our stay, although we might need to point out some things to improve for this hotel . Food- We tried both their breakfast and lunch buffet and we can say that the food is good but should be consistent in terms of quality. For example, in the lunch buffet, the viands were good and they served different kinds of dishes like Grilled Chicken, Escabeche, Bangus sisig, etc. The only letdown was the pasta that is bland. They can also make sure that their soup is hot before serving it in the buffet station. Consistency is the key when we compare also our breakfast experience for the 2 days of our stay. The 1st day was quite underwhelming in terms of taste, variaty, and servings. They can also improve their breakfast experience by adding more types of bread, including butter as a spread, & if possible adding bacon as well. Service:We are satisfied with the overall service of the hotel. But I hope some of their staff can be more proactive in attending to their guests especially during check-in & check-out of guests. I observed that some staff were busy attending to their phones instead of assisting us and the other guests with our baggage. We highly commend the security guard who helped us with our baggage as he helped us carry it in the vehicle service eventhough it was not really his job. Amenities:The room was spacious and clean. We appreciate the fact that they provided pee pads for guests with pets. They also have a stable and fast wifi connection. I just hope they can add more channels in their cable tv. The “pool” is quite underwhelming and hopefully they can add a bigger swimming pool in the future. We also suggest that they should provide direct access to the gym and pool for their guests. We were informed that we still need to register in the lobby before we can even access the 2nd floor for these amenities. We also appreciate their al fresco area for guests with pets. Because of this, we were able to enjoy our breakfast and lunch dining experience with our pet. They have acoustic performances at night during dinner for a more relaxing experience for their guests. I just also hope that they can provide a certain area inside the lobby where we can stay with our pets as we would also love to enjoy the relaxing experience of the acoustic performances. Read moreUpon reservation and checking in we gave very specific instructions repeatedly to the reservations staff that we would be staying until Dec. 1st, 6pm and did not wish to be disturbed by anything or anyone to allow us to be able to sleep in for as long as we needed to recover from staying up for New Years Eve until morning. We paid for the extended stay until Dec 1, until 6pm upon checking in! I told the staff at your check in counter to make sure no one knocks on our door for housekeeping or any other reason unless we ordered room services. AND THEN AT NOONTIME OF DEC. 1 WE WERE WOKEN UP BY YOUR HOTEL STAFF WITH A PHONE CALL TELLING US IT WAS TIME FOR US TO CHECK OUT!!! RUINED OUR SLEEP!!!! IT WAS DIFFICULT TO EVEN GET TO SLEEP IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE WE COULD HEAR EACH AND EVERY MOVEMENT AND CONVERSATION OF THE GUESTS OCCUPYING THE ROOM OR FACILITIES RIGHT ABOVE OUR ROOM, THE FURNITURE /CHAIR LEGS /FEET LOUDLY GRATING AND SCREECHING AGAINST THE FLOOR ABOVE US LOUDLY! THEN WHEN WE FINALLY GET TO SLEEP, WE GET RUDELY WOKEN UP BY YOUR HOTEL STAFF!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! FILTHY OLD BATHROOM FALLING APART, WE DID NOT USE THE SHOWER ENCLOSURE FOR FEAR OF THE BLACK MOLDY TILES /GROUTING, BIDET SPRAY HEAD WAS DISGUSTING WITH HARDENED FILTH. 🤢 DISGUSTING!!! When we called to report these conditions to your hotel staff no action was taken on the disgusting bathroom /shower stall situation! Instead of moving us to a cleaner room with better hygienic conditions, we received a formulaic standard printed out letter of apology and got reimbursed 2k for the late check out which really DID NOT MAKE THE ROOM CONDITIONS ANY BETTER. We should have been moved to proper conditions! We asked for a room air cleaner /humidifier and was given a cheap plastic fragrance dispenser filled with chemical Glade in it! We had to ask for dishwashing liquid to clean it out ourselves several times. If it were not for the fact that it was New Years eve/day and all accommodations in the region were taken, and there was bad air pollution outside from the New Years Eve fireworks (the main medical reason we check into a hotel stay at New Years Eve, to avoid exposure to the air pollution, being asthmatic, etc ) and no taxi/transport services available upon our inquiry that the hotel could provide, we would definitely have checked out IMMEDIATELY. And i can say that it is one of our best decision this mid-term vacation.||Location is about 30-35mns from Terminal 3 via Skyway-SLEX. A Shopping Center, Nail Spa, Facial and Massage Spa are all walking distance. Our BASIC needs are met and its all within an arms reach. They also offer free shuttle service within the area. Rooms are always cleaned and sheets has fresh scent. Comfy bed and pillows are provided. Room rates is very affordable with breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet does not have a wide variety or selection and this goes also for their Restaurant. But i can say that it was carefully curated to cater for asian and western palette. Menu is very straightforward and not complicated. Everything tasted just how its supposed to be. We actually tried almost everything on the menu and none of it dissapoints. We are all satisfied for its SIMPLICITY and most of all, QUALITY! ||The staff are so amazing! always looking after our needs which we truly appreciated. They even prepared us packed breakfast on our last day since we need to leave at 4:30am and cannot enjoy the breakfast buffet. I remember mentioning to Chef Robert our flight details during one of our conversation when he went to visit our table in Alejandro’s Restaurant.
