From 5 stars, to 1 star because they've become way too greedy. As someone who's been going here for YEARS, one can't help but be increasingly dissatisfied and disappointed at how management has become so ridiculous towards not only their tenants, but their customers and guests as well. People are trying to save money and space (and the environment!) by biking to establishments and they suddenly have the audacity to charge a parking fee for cyclists. Yet there is NO safe and convenient bike parking ANYWHERE. Cyclists have to park their bikes in front of the restaurant and watch them. They usually have to lean them against a wall or lay them on the ground. Better to park across the street in ATC where parking is FREE and closer to mall entrances. Cyclists have been going to their cafes and restaurants, keeping them in business even while they charge their tenants such high rent, yet they return the favor by wanting to charge cyclists a parking fee that makes absolutely no sense. They even charge delivery riders! While there are establishments elsewhere that are so grateful to riders for their work so much so that they even go the extra mile and give them iced tea and allow them to charge their phones, Molito management forces riders to pay for parking even if they're only inside the complex for a minute!
