05/20/25 9:00pm We didn't like the approach of the Security Guard named "GARCIA" of AQUARIUS AGENCY in Molito Blg. 8 in front of "Tio Pepe" Restaurant, coz during our stay there in front where there are available tables and chair we decided to have a quick rest coz we're just done dinning in restaurant near by. We assumed that it is okay to sit there, as a matter of fact a waitress from "Tio Pepe" approach us to check their menu if we would like to try, after checking it since we're full after dining to other restaurant near by we skipped to order since we didn't like any on their menu and also we asked the staff if it's still okay to stay for awhile even if we didn't buy anything and she said without hesitation that it's okay that's why we've stay. For almost everyday of being at Molito Lifestyle Center we saw people sitting there time to time to pass time and do school work and etc at those tables and chair. So as we get tired going around the premises we assumed that it is okay to stay for the mean time as we asked and confirm the staff from the restaurant near by which is the "Tio Pepe" even if we're not sure if it's there space still we asked permission if it's okay to stay there since the gap of those tables and chairs are quite far from their restaurant. We just didn't like the approach of Security Guard named "Garcia" when he said sarcastically that "if you don't order anything you cannot sit here." It was rude and so arrogant because what if he will say and do it to others. He can approach in a very informing and polite...
Read moreFrom 5 stars, to 1 star because they've become way too greedy. As someone who's been going here for YEARS, one can't help but be increasingly dissatisfied and disappointed at how management has become so ridiculous towards not only their tenants, but their customers and guests as well. People are trying to save money and space (and the environment!) by biking to establishments and they suddenly have the audacity to charge a parking fee for cyclists. Yet there is NO safe and convenient bike parking ANYWHERE. Cyclists have to park their bikes in front of the restaurant and watch them. They usually have to lean them against a wall or lay them on the ground. Better to park across the street in ATC where parking is FREE and closer to mall entrances. Cyclists have been going to their cafes and restaurants, keeping them in business even while they charge their tenants such high rent, yet they return the favor by wanting to charge cyclists a parking fee that makes absolutely no sense. They even charge delivery riders! While there are establishments elsewhere that are so grateful to riders for their work so much so that they even go the extra mile and give them iced tea and allow them to charge their phones, Molito management forces riders to pay for parking even if they're only inside the complex...
Read moreMolito is the absolute best with a good variety of shops and restaurants. It's a good place to chill with friends, eat, smoke a cigarette, have a picnic, take your dog for a stroll, etc.
Additional notes Molito is the absolute worst when its raining though. UGH. The grass here is divine but very prickly. Bring a thick mat if you plan on sitting on it for a picnic. There's a sort-of hidden food court inside the building with the big "Puregold" sign. You can find potato corner and all sorts of Filipino owned shops. (Support local!) Near the food court there's a painting cafe, ballet studio, and THE BEST UNPOPULAR MILK TEA STAND I have ever tried. (Definitely recommend!)
FUN FACT: Molito is owned by the Ayala Land Corporation(very old with deep roots in the Philippines) but is one of the newer sites in the area! Apparently the original owner was very stubborn and took a while to sell the land. He only agreed to sell the land to Ayala if they agreed to name whatever it was they were going to put there after him! (Or...
