Romulo Café — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

Around 10 am, they had the nerve to turn away guests, citing some flimsy private event excuse. Their solution? Settle for dining in the lobby, as if that's an acceptable alternative. It's an insult to any paying customer to be treated with such disrespect. But the icing on the cake was when I checked out well past 12 pm, only to discover that the supposedly imminent event hadn't even started. The blatant lies and disregard for guests' time and expectations are inexcusable. It's clear they have no regard for customer satisfaction.

Save yourself the immense frustration and disappointment. Do not waste your time or money on this restaurant. There are far better options available that will actually value and respect...

The interior, chairs and table and the overall look of the cafe is amazing!

Meanwhile- despite the first impression on its beauty. The experience is so bad.

FOOD IS SERVER COLD THE WAITER (chubby guy) is unattentive, and clearly maybe doesn’t want to be a waiter.

Its frustrating to dine in and definitely wont go back.
