We enjoyed our stay and created a great memories with my ofw dad. Because of summit hotel we build much stronger relationship to our family.||From our family, we would like to thank the cute guy in cafe summit “JC” for accommodating us very well during our breakfast amidst all the busyness due to lot of guest, u still gave not only to our family but to some guest in cafe as well a good and quality service. Professionalism are always there to him even there are a lot of request from your guest u still satisfy us from all your effort and dedication. His smile is a great factor, it can attract customers/guest

We loved this hotel so much last year that we stayed here again this year. The hotels rooms are very comfortable and in a clean and good condition. The breakfast buffet is a treat for the price and the items in the selection are great. Their customer service is the best ! They were very attentive to our needs and promptly addressed any issues that came up. We would like to commend Ms. Esperanza (Bem) for her outstanding professionalism, courtesy, help and overall management of the hotel. A special mention as well as to Jelly (housekeeping), Ms. Marianne and all the rest of the restaurant, security and other staff their help and service. We stated this last year and once again have no hesitation in stating (this year as well) that this is the "Best" hotel in Naga ! Thank you Ms....

The hotel is a perfect place to stay for the business traveler, tourists and simply staycation. Location is 5☆. Wifi is a now necessity and here the signal strength is also a 5☆.

The rooms and very clean and you have amenities to suit your needs. Robinsons Mall is beside the hotel and there is a bridgeway at the 2nd floor.

A gym and pool are found at the ground floor and there is also sufficient parking at the basement.
