Think Coffee Naga — Restaurant in Naga

Got scammed by an employee. I'm a foreigner and have experienced this only once before but not by a 'known name' business. On Wednesday April 23 at approximately 11:30 am my lady and I stopped for a couple espressos after shopping at Robinson Mall. I ordered a double 'Red' mocha and my lady ordered an iced espresso and I paid for both for about 480 PHP or close (don't remember Exact amount). Her order was brought to her quickly but mine was not. After about 10 minutes the girl that had taken our order walked out of the shop. We waited another 10 minutes thinking maybe she'd return shortly but she did not. We talked to a new girl behind the counter (my lady being Filipino did most of the communication) and the new girl said she could NOT find my order in the computer and besides that she said they did not have Mocha's (which is an item clearly listed on their menu!!!). We left with it unresolved and figured yet another Filipino scammed me out of money and maybe even the company is behind such activities. Will Never go there again and will encourage Everyone I know to not go there and have even advised the staff at the upscale hotel where we are staying of...

One of the worst cafes I've tried in Naga. Waited more than 15 minutes for our food then when it was finally ready, all of our meals (there were 3 of us) were cold. Also, the coffee I ordered spilled out of the cup and into the serving tray and yet the staff didn't even bother to clean it up before I asked her to. When I asked for additional napkins, the staff looked like she didn't want to get up and give me more napkins. Homely feeling place and it's my first time here at Think Coffee Tea and Dessert. I tried their pasta, mushroom alfredo since it's new to me. The food was delicious! esp the white sauce on top of it. They also have italian sodas here and their signature cakes. One of the best coffee shops here in Naga. I recommend this shop to all coffee enthusiasts....
