I cannot emphasize more how gorgeous the lobby is! Staff are friendly. Breakfast is also enjoyable. Rooms are superb and stylish! Love the overall experince.

Location is good depending on your reason for checking in. The hotel is a littlr bit on the outskirt of the city center which makes it not in a congested area. Robinsons Naga is just a tumble away anf the actual hotel is connected to Yoshino Mall.

A littlr bit of a downside is that the main hotel entrance is in the back side of the mall. If you do not have a vehicle, it is a bit of a hassle to go through the 2nd floor of the mall to get to thr hotel access.

UPDATE: breakfast inclusion is Php400. Great price for their buffet set up when there are many guests but for plated breakfast, it is quite expenisve and underwhelming borderline disappointing. Plated breakfast have small portions...

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was left waiting for over an hour just to check in, completely unacceptable for any establishment that claims to offer hospitality. To make matters worse, the breakfast buffet was a disaster. Most of the food was gone, and it took nearly 30 minutes before anything was replenished. By then, guests were already frustrated and settling for whatever scraps were left.
