Hope Inn Panglao — Hotel in Panglao

I, together with my family, went to Bohol last April 11, and stayed there for about a week. From the moment the airplane landed, their airport is modernly world class. Then, we had a convenient pick up from the airport going to our hostel, Hope Inn. I found Hope Inn on Airbnb cause I'm looking for a nice place where 12 of us could fit it comfortably at an affordable rate. The owner and staff of the hostel are so friendly and accommodative. They provided us contacts for the van rental and for the boat since I personally arranged our tour to fit the needs of my family. The beaches in Panglao are beautiful, the island of Balicasag is also a great escape for snorkelers and divers. I saw turtles and schools of colorful marine creatures. We had a chance to witness the dolphins during our early morning boat trip. We visited their centuries-old churches and museums, and for me, Bohol did a great job in maintaining historical treasures of their island. We were able to see the tarsiers at Corella, the butterflies in the Butterfly Sanctuary, and the fireflies along the Abatan River. We also emersed ourselves with the locals of the Abatan River community through the Abatan River Community Tour. It was great and a good learning exposure for all of us, especially the kids. We also got the chance to swim by the river! It was so clean with tiny fishes kissing our skin! The man-made forest is also notable for being serene and the Chocolate Hills for being magnificent! The locals are so nice, they have good comm skills, and they are so honest and helpful all the time. I highly recommend everyone to come to Bohol, and experience the natural beauty of nature and the warmth...

Hope Inn exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service, offering a perfect blend of affordability and quality. The rooms were not only budget-friendly but also cozy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The ambiance was charming, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the inn.

Additionally, the inn's convenient location within walking distance to a stunning beach was a definite highlight, allowing guests to easily enjoy nature's beauty. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone because the owner is very thoughtful and wonderful to interact with. Very close to the airport and has a home-feel (in a good way) that you feel thankful being here.

Very close to the beach, wonderful owner and staff, just all around a beautiful little hidden gem in Panglao Island.

If you are budgeting your trip but do not want to sacrifice cleanliness, location, and service try this place and I assure you, you won’t regret it.
