The place isn't that bad. It is old. It is clean. I would say that their ♨ water ♨ isn't so good but it's there when you take a shower 🚿. My real problem with them is this: This is A SCAM! Search them on the hotel booking apps you'll find them. They are always FULL. Many airport staff recommend this place. (Is that a JOKE? Just walk up the street and TRIP and you'll find another place to stay abs a lot less expensive and nicer. (The staff are helpful enough) By always being full online you get stuck with their 2400P full price. I've moved up the street to a place with better lighting bigger rooms friendlier staff (I've got exceptionally heavy luggage due to moving from one country to another. They carried out up the stairs here because the elevator is on maintenance today) I'm paying 1600 here and they provide free water bottles in checkin. Wifi? Goes under services not rendered. They gave me a wifi password for a wifi signal 📶 that didn't reach my room. I asked the password for the signal 📶 that did reach my room. Was given a written down password 2 of them and they didn't work. Service I'm paying for not getting. They actually told me to come ti the lobby ti use wifi? The main reason I'm moving out besides the WiFi! UNSAFE! you hear me out on this. Every KEY is either the same or fits the door to 3 or 4 other rooms! I accidentally let myself into someone else's room with my room key! I had just come in and it was sunny and still had my shades on. Their little tricks. Read the small print. They want to say no refund. No cancellation. Cancellation is for a booking. They want ti user this as an excuse not ti give back toy money. Since I have very valid reasons there are laws here. I asked her to be reasonable. I'll give her 2 days I paid 5 and I asked please refund me 3 days. A loss but I'd rather not argue.
But they want to be like this and so PETTY and unreasonable. Now I think I can get all my money back. Proof of unsafe environment or insecure 🔓 and I'm paying 2400P/night FOR WIFI and you tell me come to the lobby? I think I can get my whole 5 days back. It's not like it isn't obviously a scam.

No restaurants, ATMs, convenience stores near the place. Room smells like someone's body odor. Atmosphere inside is so dull and gloomy like anytime a ghost will pop out of the corner. Wifi is terrible. Even my messages in messenger can't get through. If you're planning to book a flight online, make sure you brought your own internet with you. But I also think that maybe my room was too far into the corner that wifi connection got blocked. TV remote control is broken. I can hear people laughing and talking outside.
I chose this place because of the pickup service from and to the airport so I was very patient.
Good points:
Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Except the frontdesk lady who has a "strikta" vibe for me. I think hospitality should start from her. Pick up service. They have a canteen, but I think not much in it.
Suggestion:
Improve your wifi connection please. Front desk lady should always smile. Fix your remote control. Put lights in the hallway, lobby, and canteen. Chairs Add music. Convenience stores and atm machines were far away, I guess you should add more stuffs in your canteen you think your guests will need. You should provide uniforms to your staffs because it felt like I was visiting someone else's house in the province. Put air freshener in the rooms.

Read moreI stayed here for the gov't mandatory covid quarantine. I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the NAIA ( 3.6km from NAIA). P1,900 per night is the going rate in this area.
The room is minimalist. No writing desk, no tiny fridge, no microwave. Complementary WiFi. The bed is comfortable.The concrete walls block the noise outside, therefore I was able to rest and sleep. The AC worked reliably. Cable TV is provided, with basic channels.
Hot meals are room service only. Quarantinees are not allowed to step out of the room to buy food. The serving portion is not for the hungry though. Diet Pepsi is not available. Coke Zero is not for every taste.
Floor is clean. I had to leave the light on to discourage cockroaches from coming out. I encountered one big roach, plus two tiny roaches.
Water pressure is low.
