Everything was really great. The photos are exactly the same as you would see and not deciving, everything you see in the photos are the same. Room was comfortable and air conditioner was super cool. Though the TV was very old but there very so many interesting channels to watch. We didn't find these channels in any other hotels in the Philippines. I would always Watch TV if I was in the room. All day breakfast for Php 100 was amazing. But I think they should provide coffee or tea maker in every room that's what was really missing. The location is the best feature of this hotel. LRT and MRT stations are just at a few minutes walking distance. Every area of Manila is easily accessible from this hotel. There was nothing I should say I didn't like. Our stay was never disappointing here. Airport shuttle service charges are too much, instead we booked our taxi on our own which was super cheap. Please visit my YouTube channel for video that would give you the real time experience of our visit to this hotel.

The room, ambiance, and lobby is old. The pad type of room is not that good and it's so small, the CR has no door it's just a curtain to have a divider. That's why the odor of the CR circulates around the room and it's unpleasant for the guests. The air-con is noisy for the guest to stay in the room. The place is not welcoming and cozy to stay inside the room. It also has cockroaches. Once you flush the water inside the toilet bowl, some of the water will splash on the floor. No refrigerator, no small kitchen, everything seems dirty and unmonitored. Poor wifi signal, only one outlet available in the room. No wardrobe or cabinet in the room and there's only 3 hangers. Though the receptionist is kind. The place needs proper renovation so that the guests will have a fun and have an enjoyable stay.

The room is kinda old already. The table is shaky, the bed sheet and pillow cases are faded and old. There's no hot water in the shower, you need to endure the coldness of water. And the worst thing is there are lots of small cockroaches everywhere especially at the toilet area. The management need to call for pest control team or at least buy an insect killer spray. The hotel is a bit far from the convenience stores and restaurants, you need to walk for about 100-200 meters. On the positive side, the service of their staff is very good. They are very helpful and polite. The breakfast meals are also good. The hotel car service is always available but you need to pay P450 for pick up and P350 for drop off. The wifi signal is excellent! My honest grade from 0-10 is 6.šŸ™

I made my online reservation after making last minute travel plans, just a few hours before my early-morning flight to Manila on October 3rd. I was only looking for an inexpensive hotel, nothing fancy, just so I could get some rest. I found this place on ||Booking.com, and based on the quoted price, I was expecting less than what I eventually received in terms of the room and the service, provided. I would characterize it as a Pleasant Surprise! Now, don't get me wrong, for any would-be traveler reading these, don't expect anything out-of-the-ordinary. After all, this is still a budget hotel and nothing approaching 4 or 5-star status. Now, here's why I rated Park Bed and Breakfast as "excellent." LOCATION: I didn't initially expect it to be so close to the main airport! From Terminal 4, and despite early morning traffic, I took a cab and it took no more 15 minutes to get there along the EDSA highway. And when I left in the early morning October 4th to catch my international flight out of Terminal 1, we got to the airport without any hassles! Makati is a couple of short rides away and when I decided to take a cab going back, the fare amounted to less than 100 pesos! THE HOTEL ROOM: Since I was going solo, I opted for a single, and what I received was a small room, BUT it was also on the ground floor, a MAJOR PLUS! What I got was a clean room, fully air-conditioned, a small, but personal bathroom and a hot-and-cold shower! And I secured my room at around 9 AM, because it was already available! Otherwise, I would have to officially check in later, even around 2 PM. THE HOTEL STAFF was pleasant and helpful! Now, I cannot speak for those who rated this hotel lower, but for my purposes, it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE based on the relatively low price I paid, much lower than 1200 pesos-per-night! And yes, I would gladly return--next time, for multiple nights, when I revisit to the...

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in my life, no wardrobe or cupboards to store your clothes, 1 flimsy bed sheet, and just when I thought it could not get any worse, they tried to bill me for breakfasts, that was the final straw, when I blew my top, I thought the guy who brought the bill for my breakfasts, this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, in my life, and now you are trying to bill me for breakfast, he went off, and came back with an apology to say he had made a mistake, because he picked up the wrong paper or something, there is a lot of reviews on here praising this hotel, But my guess is they must be from relatives of the hotel manager, because most of reviews from people from the Philippines, They charge me 1500 pesos a night, but for 500 pesos more we found a condo, with cupboards wardrobes, microwave a balcony, and even a beautiful swimming pool, my advice to anybody visiting Manila do not stay at this place, I think personally it was a short stay hotel to accommodate prostitutes and there clients. You have been warned, ps if you do not believe me send me a Facebook friend request and I will push you a video of my room there, oh I almost forgot we could not even close the window in the room because it come off in my hand. My name is Peter Hampson And my Facebook pic is of me lying on my settee with my...
