Chowking people, please stop taking orders when you run out of ingredients. I ordered halo-halo for t/o upon my mother's request. It was 3pm and the weather was scorching hot. At the counter i overhear the lady asks the food prep crew, "Pwede pa ba ito?", meaning, i thought, was there enough ingredients to serve as many halo-halo orders that afternoon? The prep guy murmurs, then went on. Several orders have been served before myself. Shortly my electronic disc lits up and buzzes-- my order is ready. Take my halo-halo and leave. At home, i realized i was served a poorly prepared halo-halo: the petty portions of gritty ingredients--many missing--looked like they were scraped from the bottom of the container. And the leche flan is f missing! I dont remember getting a discount for this. Cheats! Hey Chowking people, do your business fairly! Dined here 2 days ago. Not crowded at all and one of the cleanest Chowking branches I've been with. Very quiet and great space.

We had 2 Chinese-style fried chicken, upgraded our rice into egg fried rice and had two more as extras, pork siomai, milktea, and of course, their halo-halo.

I enjoyed the short waiting times, the fast service, and the great space along with the proximity to our house.

Attitude of employees are not welcoming. I was able to hear one employee mutter under their breathe while waiting for our order that we should eat somewhere else. Although I understand that we chose to buy at a fast food chain, it is expected of employees to treat customers well - especially if we did not do anything to warrant such attitude from them.
