The service is very disappointing.
Are servers allowed to discriminate against their customers? We felt discriminated against by the staff of this restaurant. Our mother chose this place to celebrate their 22nd wedding anniversary, but instead of leaving happy, we went home disappointed.
At first, the female server seemed attentive and asked for our order, but once we sat down, she left and kept walking past us without saying anything. She never came back to confirm our order or communicate with us. We waited for 20 minutes before someone else finally came over to properly take our order—something we thought the first server had already done.
Our order was very simple—just a bundle meal—but it turned out she never relayed it to the kitchen. We thought, “Ahh, okay na siguro,” and decided to wait patiently. But minutes later, customers who arrived after us had already received their food and left, while we were still waiting for ours.
We finally got three items from our order, but it was still incomplete. We waited again, but still got nothing. We got so hungry that we ate the ulam first—imagine eating the main dish when there’s no rice yet, in a country where rice is always a priority! The ulam was half-finished, but still no rice came.
It was then we realized we were treated poorly simply because we were dressed simply—especially our mother, who came straight from her job, tired. The atmosphere changed. I never thought servers would have the audacity to discriminate against customers just because of how they look.

Read moreService is very slow. Had the manager seat near the entrance with her documents and laptop but chose not to notice us waiting to be seated (she accomodated a group before us so we thought you'd have to wait to be seated).
Food took so long but comes cold, though we were beside the manager and infront of the crew, it's so hard to get the attention of one single staff! It's like they choose not to take notice of their customers.
For an expensive menu, you'd expect it to be delicious or atleast decent, but the ramen was just too sad. You're better off eating at Ramen Nagi and Genki Sushi for more or less the price.

We asked for water along with our order. They told us the wait is 15-20 mins but after 40 mins we dont have a single dish on our table and we dont have our water.
Around 45 mins we got our order after following up with one of the server but then they still haven't given us the water that we asked for.
After 3 times of following up, weve managed to get what we asked for, water and spoon and fork.
I would like to special mention the manager who did his best to ignore our request. He's all smiles and would acknowledge and nod when we follow up with our order but then je doesn't do anything about it.
