Starbucks is that coffee place that you would want to come back to each time you feel like going to a homey-welcoming-comfy coffee shop. They are popular not only because of their delicious drinks but because of their exceptional customer service. This SB branch is by far, the only Starbucks coffee shop that does NOT have excellent customer service. Cashier is NOT friendly. Sarcastic tone even. Parang made you feel, ang tanga mo sa order mo. Soooo disappointing. Yes, staff will great you (maybe as part of their training or requirement) but not really friendly-friendly like the other branches I've been to. Starbucks as a coffee brand is a staple here in the Philippines. And there are quite a number of SB stores everywhere I go. This particular branch is the closest to my home.

As expected from the brand, their coffee is great, but with the price increase that I just noticed their products have become more of a treat rather than a necessity.

Service was okay. They were friendly to incoming customers and were helpful in giving suggestions on food and beverage.

Starbucks made that day for senior citizens, PWD, single parents , athletes, medal of Valor to avail 40% off to all food and drinks because of their viral issue last time, but u know of one of their staff was also stubborn and insisted to discount only my pasta, how about my frappe and tuna bun?
