**Restaurant Review: Authentic Japanese Ramen and Sushi Spot** **Food Quality:** The menu features a variety of ramen and sushi options, each showcasing authentic Japanese flavors. The ramen broth is rich and well-balanced, with options ranging from tonkotsu to shoyu, each offering depth and complexity. The noodles are perfectly cooked—firm yet tender. The sushi is equally impressive, with fresh, high-quality fish that melts in your mouth. The presentation is meticulous, highlighting the chef’s attention to detail. **Ambiance:** The restaurant exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere. Traditional Japanese decor, including wooden accents and soft lighting, creates a cozy yet elegant setting. There are private booths for an intimate dining experience, as well as communal tables for a more social vibe. The background music is subtle, enhancing the overall experience without overpowering conversation. **Service:** The service is attentive and knowledgeable. Staff members are friendly and eager to provide recommendations based on your preferences. Dishes arrive promptly, and the waitstaff is quick to check in without being intrusive. Their understanding of the menu enhances the dining experience, allowing for a deeper appreciation of the flavors and ingredients. **Overall Impression:** This spot is a gem for anyone seeking an authentic Japanese dining experience. Whether you're in the mood for comforting ramen or delicate sushi, the quality, ambiance, and service combine to create a memorable meal. Highly recommended!

I don't usually rate restaurants but this one really got me. The food was good, I liked it. But their service turned us off 😬 Right when we entered, no one greeted us - no big deal. But no one offered to assist us where to sit, we had to find vacant seats by ourselves even though the staff saw us enter. We were seated for a while yet nobody even bothered to offer us a menu or anything - their staff just passed right by us. We called a staff to ask for one just to be given a wet and tore up menu. We waited a long time for the food and while waiting, that's when we noticed the floors, the table, the walls, the unclosed bathroom.. 😅 It was a mess. Pictures below for reference. It was hard to call a staff to order something since they were too busy gossiping. And when I managed to get the attention of a staff, she didn't even go near me to ask what I needed. She just shouted from where she stood (the counter) to ask, she was irritated that I didn't raise my voice so she could hear me. And when she gave us the iced tea that we ordered, she intentionally slammed the glass on our table. Also, a topless drunk guy entered restaurant while we were eating. I'm not sure why or how they let him in 😂

American tourist review: Just like the name of the restaurant, a great spot for ramen and sushi! It's not that authentic but that's okay because it's still tasty. Some items were better than others and I wouldn't recommend getting their yakisoba. But everything else was great so try anything you want. Service was very very attentive to our party of 8 and our food came out surprisingly fast (like 15 minutes).

GOOD FOOD, BAD SERVICE

If you want a good time then don't go here during busy hours like lunch and dinner.

Food is great and affordable but the staff and service is so disorganized, running back and forth shouting orders at each other. They make themselves too busy, THEY WERE TAKING ONLINE ORDERS WHILE SERVING A FULL HOUSE.

Regarding sanitation, I saw the guy who took my order go behind the counter and started preparing the Ramen, that doesnt seem sanitary. I saw someone mopping the floor in the dining area go in the kitchen..?! Staff doesn't wear facemasks, even the ones in...
