Imperial Ridge Pension House — Hotel in Tagbilaran

I went to Imperial Ridge Pension House thinking that it's just another run-of-the-mill budget hotel that scrimped on amenities to save on costs. But I was pleasantly surprised; the room was spacious, clean and modern. I was not expecting to see a refrigerator inside because other hotels at this price range usually have none. It's a plus because I love to drink cold beverages and eat ice cream during my stay. Aside from that, the room has its own kitchen sink so you can wash your plates and dinnerware after you're done eating. The bed is big, soft and comfortable. The bathroom is quite spacious and water is aplenty. They also provide complimentary breakfast which they can bring to your room although it's nothing to write home about. Near Tagbilaran port and airport. Rooms are spacious enough for 4 pax (deluxe room). AC is cold, room is clean, Restroom is clean. We did not encounter slow water supply and broken windows that other visitors experienced maybe because we stayed at the ground floor room. wifi is strong at the lobby of course but we were able to connect as well inside our room.|Staff is not that accommodating but were able to provide us with our needs. |Breakfast served at our requested time. My friends and I stayed here for 3 days while exploring book and had a great experience. There were minor issues like ants in our room (which they quickly disposed of) but honestly the staff made up for it. It's a clean and simple hotel with comfy beds and hot showers. For breakfast we were served plates of food rather than a buffet and upon our arrival they asked what we'd like for breakfast then served just that in the morning. There was always someone at the desk and when we needed rides they would get them for us and even stored out luggage while we went to the beach in panglao.
