I was there only for overnight. Good thing it was just for an overnight stay. As a hotelier- I don't recommend it if you stay 2 nights and or more. Expect nothing much of the room amenities. I was assigned at the 3rd floor. No elevator. Not suitable for senior citizens and or PWDs. The linens provided are only flat sheets. Nothing more. Pillows were disarranged and crumpled. Looks like someone used it for a quick nap before it was given to me. Never too serious on the housekeeping side. Aircon was okay. The only thing that compensates me was the cable tv. Hot water is working on my floor. My companions were complaining on their (NO) hot shower at the 2nd floor. No telephone in the guest room. You have to go down at the desk if you need to ask something basic like complimentary water. Most of the time you have to look for the front desk because they don't stay at the reception for long. I have found one of their pregnant cashiers who were laying at their welcome lounge sofa. Playing the internet using the hotel wifi. The mop used by their Housekeeping staff in the guest hallways smelled so bad. It smelled like a used sock. These are areas for improvement the hotel needs if they are willing to improve. Unfortunately the hotel was ran only by R&F staff. The only reason I gave them a 2 star was because of their food in the restaurant. It was good. I can...
Read moreI tried to call the globe number on their website last June 18, 2022 but kept on ringing, no one answered. I wanted to book for accomodation as I am on a business travel. This morning I booked a reservation on their website, did not received a call or confirmation email, thought their just busy as it is a weekend. Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk. I approached the personnel in their resto and a trainee assisted me. However, she don't have the full details yet, so I have to wait for more than 20mins only to find out that no one is managing the website. And they don't have other rooms good for 1 person, room available at 1,800 (breakfast not included). Good thing I was able to find another hotel with reasonable price 1,200, breakfast...
Read moreWhat i like about this hotel is that it has a personal touch to it maybe because it is family owned. Building is relatively new and fully furnished. At the ground floor they have an array of Panda stuff toys in display since the owners children are fond of Panda as i read in their bit of history. They have a cool hip cafe good for book lovers and restaurant with basic food and variety of cakes for dessert. Food seems okay, we only had breakfast so i can’t say much. It is not crowded and busy and the room we were in was clean and the wifi was good. Price was reasonable for the place and its way better than other hotels around Tagbilaran with same price ranges. Its more clean comfortable and feels safe. Staff...
