Despite it not being my direct responsibility to intervene, I found it concerning that two employees were subjected to humiliation and insults by the said supervisor. I approached the staff during their break to check on their well-being after the incident. They expressed that the supervisor's behavior was toxic, resulting in a high turnover rate among employees due to such mistreatment. It was mentioned that the supervisor's demeanor could quickly shift into belittlement and humiliation when displeased, a sentiment echoed by the staff members. It raises questions as to why the supervisor exhibits such authoritative and negative conduct towards the team. It is vital for the individual in a supervisory role to uphold standards of professionalism and respect towards their subordinates, which seems to be lacking in this case. There are concerns regarding the supervisor's management style and the impact it has on the overall work environment and employee morale.
