Mr.Paws BGC - Pet Care Grooming & POD Pet Care Hotel — Local services in Taguig

We brought our 16+ year old shihtzu (with heart condition) for her grooming APPOINTMENT at Mr Paws BGC. They took her in as usual and we reminded them that she was on calming medication. We were told to go back after 1 hour when grooming was finished.

Sadly, after an hour, our dog was NOT groomed, was PANTING HEAVILY with exhaustion, and COVERED in PEE. They didn’t have an explanation or apology, but it seems that she was left in a room for an entire hour, likely unsupervised. Our dog was medicated for this grooming so when she was left in a room, she was confused and walked non stop (dementia)/slipped on her pee repeatedly. We were shocked that staff just neglected her even after we warned them beforehand that she’s on medication. Something much worse could’ve happened.

Nobody from management reached out to us to offer explanation or to apologize afterwards.

We do not recommend Mr Paws BGC esp for high needs dogs. They tend to accept lots of clients without managing...

I recently took my dog Olive to Mr. Paws for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure Olive felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. I'm fostering an outdoor cat and brought her here for grooming. Their cat groomer, Armand, is THE BEST! My outdoor cat is an adult and never used to grooming. He handled her so well and so confidently. And the cat grooming area is separate from dogs, so it's quiet and no dogs barking.. unnecessary noise adds to the stress of cats.
