The hotel is in a good location, close to the city center. The bathroom was decent, and the beds were fairly comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth – and unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.||The rooms look nothing like the photos online. I stayed for four nights – and not once was the room cleaned. On the third day, I went to ask at reception what was going on, and only then was I told that cleaning is “on request.” So, I requested it. What did I get? The trash was taken out, and the coffee and tea were refilled. That’s it. No cleaning, no towel change, nothing.||At checkout, I asked how to file a complaint – they told me to do it by email. I was also told that a general cleaning is done every three days, which completely contradicts what I was told earlier. I filed a complaint after returning home – the response took a long time, and when it finally came, it was absurd.||They claimed there was a “Do Not Disturb” sign hanging on my door – which is an outright lie. If that were true, no one would have entered to take out the trash. They also claimed that the towels had been replaced and surfaces wiped – another made-up story. None of that actually happened.||To put it bluntly: the standards are on par with a cheap hostel – except even hostels are usually more honest. Stanowczo odradzam wizytę w jakimkolwiek hotelu spod tego szyldu. Na samym początku mojej przygody z tą firmą dowiedziałem się, że moje miejsce pobytu nie będzie takie samo, ponieważ hotel w tym miejscu był zamknięty na święta. Zostałem przekierowany na ulicę Milionową 25. Po przybyciu postanowiłem wziąć prysznic, a pierwsze, co mnie spotkało, to letnia woda. Następnie usiadłem na łóżku, po czym zobaczyłem mnóstwo małych robaczków na pościeli. Sprawdziłem też materac pod spodem, również było mnóstwo robaczków, a materac wyglądał na obrzygany. Pościel też nie była zbyt biała. W momencie zgłoszenia tego w recepcji dostałem nowy pokój, w którym sytuacja się powtórzyła. Materac był obrzygany, a na pościeli znalazłem plamę po moczu. Karta do pokoju również nie działała, przez co musiałem biegać jak ten jeleń góra dół. Następnie zostałem przekierowany do hotelu na aleję marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 10/14. W tym miejscu obsługa poszła razem ze mną, aby upewnić się, że w pokoju nie zastanę kolejnej kolonii robaków. Sam pokój był czysty, materac i pościel również, jednak następnego dnia w całym hotelu była awaria prądu od godziny 21:00 do na pewno 10:30 dnia następnego, prawdopodobnie dłużej. O tej godzinie opuściłem ten pożal się boże obiekt. Z tego, co udało mi się ustalić od osoby pracującej zaraz przy hotelu w pubie, to nie jest ich pierwsza awaria. I was redirected to Million Street 25. Upon arrival, I decided to take a shower, and the first thing that greeted me was lukewarm water. Then I sat on the bed and saw a lot of little bugs on the bedding. I also checked the mattress underneath, there were a lot of bugs there too, and the mattress looked soiled. The bedding wasn't particularly white either. When I reported this at the reception, I was given a new room where the situation repeated itself. The mattress was soiled, and I found a urine stain on the bedding. The room key also didn't work, so I had to run around like a madman up and down. Then I was redirected to the hotel on Marshal Józef Piłsudski Avenue 10/14. There, the staff accompanied me to ensure that I wouldn't find another colony of bugs in the room. The room itself was clean, as were the mattress and bedding, but the next day there was a power outage throughout the hotel from 9:00 PM until at least 10:30 AM the next day, probably longer. At that time, I left this sorry excuse for a place. According to information from a person working right next to the hotel in a pub, this is not their first outage. PL Hotel ma dobrą lokalizację, blisko centrum, łazienka w porządku, łóżka dość wygodne. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło sprawnie – i to niestety jedyne plusy.

Pokoje w rzeczywistości nie mają nic wspólnego ze zdjęciami reklamowymi. Zostałam na cztery noce – przez cały pobyt pokój nie był ani razu posprzątany. Trzeciego dnia zapytałam w recepcji, co się dzieje – wtedy dopiero poinformowano mnie, że sprzątanie jest „na życzenie”. Zgłosiłam taką prośbę. Efekt? Wyniesione śmieci i uzupełniona kawa. Żadnego sprzątania, żadnej zmiany ręczników, nic.

Przy wymeldowaniu zapytałam o możliwość złożenia reklamacji – wskazano, że tylko mailowo. Usłyszałam też, że generalne sprzątanie powinno być co trzy dni, co całkowicie przeczy wcześniejszym informacjom. Złożyłam reklamację po powrocie – czas oczekiwania na odpowiedź był długi, a jej treść? Kuriozum.

Twierdzili, że na drzwiach wisiała zawieszka „nie przeszkadzać” – co jest absolutnym kłamstwem. Gdyby tak było, nikt nie wszedłby nawet po śmieci. Dodatkowo informacja, że rzekomo wymieniono ręczniki i przetarto półki, to kolejne wymyślone fakty. Nic takiego nie miało miejsca. Obsługa i kierownictwo próbują odwracać kota ogonem i wmawiać klientowi rzeczy, które się nie wydarzyły.

Krótko mówiąc: standardy na poziomie taniego hostelu, ale nawet tam można liczyć na uczciwość. Tutaj nie dość, że zaniedbują podstawowe obowiązki, to jeszcze bezczelnie mijają się z prawdą, gdy klient domaga się wyjaśnień. Nie polecam....
