So my partner booked for 7 days, we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. When we entered the room, we immediately put our suitcases in and then we went out and walked around the mall. We went back to our room tired, we didn't pay attention to the whole room and we rested until the next day. We opened the curtain and there we saw that the room was full of dust, such as the cabinet, sofa, etc. The iron was broken, there was no safe box to keep valuable stuff and the carpeted floor you could hardly walk on because of the sticky stuff. My partner went down to the reception and informed the situation, we were immediately moved to another room, but when we entered, the room and bathroom smelled like it hadn't been cleaned and again we were given a room with a broken fridge and no iron. We stayed for 7 days. Qubus Hotel is a business class hotel. We noticed that their facilities were not in good condition, especially the cleanliness the management lack of emphty the wifi was also very weak, you always have to log in if you want to connect. The employees should probably have proper training, especially in cleanliness. At qubus hotel management, Please make sure your advertisement is correct because it reflects on your future business. Room: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing plenty of space to relax. I was particularly impressed by the comfort of the single bed, which was wider and more comfortable than in many other hotels of the same category. A truly pleasant experience.

My team and I stayed at Qubus Bielsko Biała and the restaurant staff were terrific. The food was exquisite, the menu options were great. We were particularly impressed by Damian who waited on our table very late around 10pm and served us. He spoke English very well, was patient in making sure everyone understood the description on the menu as he was explaining each option to us in English. We also had some take away and he made sure our meals were properly wrapped and stayed warm for as long as possible. Damian's actions demonstrate his desire to solve problems creatively, and make guests comfortable. I also needed some honey for medicinal purposes and the lady at the reception desk around 4pm called the restaurant kitchen to make sure they made whatever I needed available. The staff are great and made the stay very pleasant. I highly recommend the staff and services at the hotel.
