Shameful and unprofessional service, lazy and disrespectful waitress! When I arrive, the waitress Suzanna invites me to sit wherever I want, I ask if I can sit outside and she agrees. The table was a little damp and dusty, nothing serious in any establishment, just wipe it with a sponge and it's ready. Not here, when she arrived with the menu she pointed out that the table was slightly damp and dirty. I told her that the evening was pleasant and that in 2 minutes the table would be ready. She left aggressively, muttering and slamming the door. It really shocked me. When she came back, I explained to her that I didn't understand why she was angry when there was no one in the restaurant and that it's her job! She told me that it was her right to be unhappy... I left without even eating because I was too...

Restaurant im Hotel Qubus. Aktuell ist das Personal eine erfahrene Kellnerin und ein Kerl der stark den Eindruck eines Azubis macht. :o) Service ist trotzdem super, bin selber Ausbilder (nicht Gastro), und habe den jungen Kerl geprüft. Hat alles gut hin bekommen. Auch in Englisch könnte er mehr als er sich zutraut. Zum Restaurant selbst: Vorspeise und Hauptgang waren lecker obwohl in der Vorspeise zu viele, sehr scharfe Chilli-Schoten drin waren. Wer's nicht mag, lässt das Essen zurück gehen.
