We arrived early but the gentleman who checked us in was helpful, swapping our room to allow immediate access and giving a lovely upgrade (we have status with the chain). He asked for a card for hold purposes and I stated I would give him a credit card as that is always easier for hold but wanted to pay with my debit card at the end. He stated that was fine. Public areas were nice and modern but he didn't mention the area with free water & coffee that we didn't find until the last day - to left of reception. The room we were given was massive with a toilet and main bathroom, seating area, bar area, bedroom and balcony. There was a coffee machine and we asked for the mini bar to be unlocked and used for waters as well - which were replenished daily along with coffee capsules. Bed comfy, shower good pressure but dreadul bulk toiletries - which I know are better for the environment but personally I don't like them. Plenty of towels and generally clean - though we were there for 8 nights and at no juncture was the balcony cleaned. We did not have breakfast but did have drinks in the bar which were fine, but it could get slow at times. The location is beside 2 parks and a nice 20 min walk to the Old Town - Freenow/uber/bolt are all cheap and easy and the tram also helpful - but you need change or to walk to a stop that takes cards - the hotel refused my husband 10 zloty change and didn't tell him there is an app and you can use that to pay - so we struggled with change for days. To be honest that particular staff member was not especially helpful or friendly. On the last day we had late checkout - which I confirmed but 3 times cleaning staff tried to enter the room. On all occassions I spoke to them and explained. We then went to check out before the alloted 4pm and I advised I wanted to pay with some cash and my debit card. The reception staff became flustered and we were left waiting. Finally the front office manager said housekeeping told us you left so we charged your card. I find that exceptionally hard to believe as housekeeping were clearly desperate to enter the room. Anyway after wasting a lot of time and wandering off dealing with other people I was told we must do a refund. I said no firstly you haven't completed it as it is not showing on my banking app and secondly you need to reverse it. I was repeatedly told no. I allowed them to refund as could see no other option and was given a glass of fizz and 500 points - which didn't feel particularly generous for the time wasted but there you go. On return to the UK the tranactions showed up on my card and there was a £33 discrepency due to currency fluctuations - which seems very odd if the transactions were a mere minutes apart on a weekend. Still giving the benefit of the doubt I contacted the hotel and asked them to fix this - to say they were unhelpful was an understatement. They were unresponsive, then rude and unhelpful, refusing to provide the GM's contact email. Long story short I had to waste more time contacting the bank and challenging the charge - the bank were very clear the staff were wrong and the charge should have been reversed not refunded. It left a very sour taste and defeats the point of a...

This one of my favourite properties in Europe. I’ve stayed here six times since this hotel opened back in late 2021.
My most recent stay lasted ~3.5 weeks in total (almost 3 weeks & then back for few extra nights).
I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone visiting Krakow. All of my stays have been outstanding.
My status was always recognised at this property.
During my previous stays, I’ve always been upgraded to a suite. This time, I was upgraded to a junior suite (the hotel was almost fully booked out at the time, inc. suites). Later on, I’ve made another booking as I was extending my stay & I was upgraded to a (full) suite. I’ve also been upgraded to a full suite for my final stay (I’ve left after 18 nights and returned 4 days later).
The hotel is very modern, well-designed and well-maintained. It’s definitely the best AC I’ve ever been to & better than 85% of 4/5* Marriotts (and Hiltons) I’ve stayed at around Europe.
This AC has many suites with spacious ‘corner’ balconies/terraces (and many standard and superior rooms have balconies as well).
The (large) suites (70-75sqm) are equipped with a large living room with a sofa, dining table, desk, 2 bathrooms and a separate bedroom. All of the suites are located in the ‘corners’ of the building & have a large balcony (terrace).
Junior suites (45-50sqm) are equipped with a smaller living room with a small pull-out sofa (that can be used as an extra bed), 1 large bathroom and a separate bedroom. All junior suite have a medium-sized balcony.
This AC is equipped with a nice spa with a relatively large pool and fitness area.
In addition to the above, this AC also offers in-room breakfast. If you have Platinum (or higher) status, you can use your $10 F&B credit towards it (the breakfast costs ~$16pp) and you only need to pay extra $5 for the in-room option. The breakfast comes with some cold cuts, pastries/bread basket and you can select a ‘hot’ option & drinks according to your preference. If you have any special requests, you can note them down as the staff is always happy to provide other items if available.
The staff members at this hotels are simply amazing. All of them are very friendly, polite and willing to help & make me feel appreciated. I wish that this was the case all all properties. I’ve spent many nights at this hotel and I never had any negative experience.
While this hotel is located a little bit further out, its very easy to reach the old town (20-25 min walk/ 9 min by tram / 10-15 min by e-scooter or less than 10 min by taxi). I actually like the location as the hotel is located in a quiet area next to the Meadows of Krakow (Blonia).
I have moved to Krakow in September, so I will no longer stay at this property, but I will definitely recommend it to all of my friends &...

It still has a down to earth feel of most Marriott hotels, but all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. The have a massage and manicure and pedicure menu even, that my wife enjoyed. I was really glad I reserved this hotel instead of something closer to the Stare Miasto.
When I got to the hotel it was easy to find, might only be 15 minute cab ride from the airport. I was very tired from my flight from the USA already, and even though it was an hour from check in time, they had my room ready. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and working hard on a Christmas day. There was a knock on my door and the staff was handing out cakes to wish everyone a Merry Christmas which was such a lovely gesture. After that I hopped into bed and passed out. Usually I have a terrible time falling asleep at hotels but fell asleep within minutes, maybe I was just tired but the bed was comfy and the shower was hot. There is a huge shower head. And that's really all I ask for a good nights rest and a hot shower, but this hotel had plenty more to offer.
The breakfast is a full bar with hot food, veggies, breads, charcuterie board, dessert, beverages and very well staffed, there are several waiters and waitresses there but it is included in some packages from what it seems, perhaps there is a charge if you are on the basic hotel rate. It was delicious and really got the day started right. It gave you more of a country club feel. The gym was also well-equipped and I hit the gym everyday I was there. It was not connected to the sauna however, so perhaps that is separate. I definitely would like to come back and visit as Krakow is such a lovely city but would also like to come back and stay here just for the hotel, for another week during the warmer months. My wife has family in Poland we visit occasionally.
Since management seems on top of it, my only recommendation would be that the receptionist and waiting area is fine. The dining area is very elaborate BUT 1) the coffee and the bar area could perhaps be lively and more utilized if the coffee area maybe had better tables for lounging around. The currently high tops are too small perhaps make it more connected to the common area. And 2) the bar had some TV with sports on, closer to the bar. There seems to be two TVs not really utilized. 3) I was surprised but the bartender that night seemed very busy with only 3 guests, there's no way he would be able to handle a full venue, might need some assistance there. If you do these 3 I'm sure there will be a more lively crowd on the ground floor regularly which in return attracts other guests. Nonetheless Highly recommended one of the best Marriott’s list of locations, I’ve...
