*Food is quite good but service unacceptable. With sushi on the table I had to get up 3 times from the table to ask for chopsticks, then for soy sauce. When the soy sauce arrived in bottles without any containers/plates the waitress didn't even bother to bring a small container to pour the sauce into, thus yet another visit to the waitresses who obviously don't care at all. A bottle of water for 19 pln came to the table all dirty and covered with some sticky sauce or whatever that was. Water and Pepsi were warm and we had to insist to get some ice to cool them down on this hot day. The waitresses didn't even consider that maybe a restaurant should provide some napkins to their guests, when we asked if we could have some, they brought 2 and then when confronted that maybe 2 napkins are not enough for 5 guests they said that they don't have any more (!!!). What the hell is wrong with this place? Management should be embarassed, I heard the waitresses apologizing to 3 other tables so we were definitely not the only ones being dissatisfied. Get your noodles together Tao Garden.

Read moreI have been facing a repeated issue, ignored it twice but forced to share this 3rd time when this happened. 1st time while Dinning in I asked for 2 Veg green curry with no flesh or egg and got dishes with visible egg. Upon reporting the issue to the one serving us. No one bothered to apologize or even pay a gesture that they care of dishes getting mixed up. 2nd time I ordered 2 Veg with tofu and 1 chicken dish. Both dishes were marked incorrectly and it was a near miss that a vegetarian guy almost ate something he never wanted to. 3rd time I went to pick up my order by myself. Ordered 2 Veg green curry with toffu and 1 with chicken. I got 2 with chicken and 1 with toffu. Maybe it's not a big deal for them but I would like to reetirate their thought that for a vegetarian it is a serious issue. Despite of addressing the issue in a humble and supportive manner things have not changed and nor is their attitude towards such feedback. I HOPE THIS EITHER MAKES THEM TAKE FEEDBACK SERIOUSLY OR MAYBE WARN VEGETARIANS BEFORE THEY PLAN...
Read moreThis restaurant is located near the National Museum. I thought I would try it for lunch after my museum visit. It was quite noisy with pop dance music in all rooms. While it advertises a lunch menu, I was offered only one dish as available for lunch. If I wanted something else, it would need to be from the dinner menu at twice the price. I ordered the pad thai with shrimp. It was a very small portion. Tasty enough but not worth the expense. I ordered a green lemonade which came without ice. Total cost for this very mediocre lunch was 60zt or $20. Look elsewhere. There are other fine Asian restaurants...
