We decided to rent a room for the night after our wedding and we faced a lot of problems related to getting the key and paying the deposit for the room. The joke is that you cannot leave the key in the box, only PERSONAL selection (think about this, the bride and groom have to leave the restaurant, leave the guests to pick up the key) several times they discussed the issue of taking away our witnesses and assuming bail - they seemed to agree 3 times our witnesses went to the house to get the keys and there is also a problem, bail payment ONLY by physical card!!! 21st century, what map? and it must be the card of the person we specified as the recipient!CIRCUS They didn’t take the card, they had to return for a physical card, because NFS does not suit them))) And what is most interesting, the girl who answers the doorbell of the hotel is as careless as possible, is not focused on attracting clients, does not even offer any options on how to solve the situation with the card. It's just gloom, not service, I don't even put a star! And not only that, she threatened us like "well, you paid, if you don't pick up the key and pay the deposit, the reservation will be burned" - THINK about it, customers are told that there will be no refunds, they will not offer options for solving the problem, and this is on the wedding day , we should solve these questions??? JUST DARKNESS, we will never have anything to do with this Wroclaw "major" sky tower again. There was no welcome gift, not even a beautifully made bed, no champagne 0.3 ml, NOTHING, just a bare room, although they knew. You have to pay extra for everything, a small box of Raphaels is PLN 150, just a KARL box, bought in a nearby shop!

I would like to share my extremely negative experience with Sky Tower in Wrocław. I had booked a suite with a sauna and jacuzzi for the night of October 27 to 28, 2024. Due to health issues, I wanted to cancel the booking for free the day before, but this was denied despite several attempts via Booking and the reception.
On October 27, I traveled from Cottbus to Wrocław to spend the weekend with my family. However, upon arrival, I was left waiting for over two hours (from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM) without any information. None of the staff were willing to assist us, and everyone shifted the blame onto each other. I was eventually informed that the accommodation had been given to someone else without any prior notice.
Had I not shown up in person, I would never have received a cancellation notice. It seems they intentionally tried to make a double profit. Even if I hadn't arrived, they should not have allocated the accommodation to others without consulting me first. I paid for this accommodation, and even in the case of a no-show, the booking should remain valid.
Additionally, the receptionist on the phone was unprofessional and rude. She did not help us, instead blaming us for the situation and claiming that the manager was not available. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.
While I was waiting on-site, I received a cancellation confirmation at 4:17 PM, which was extremely disrespectful, as I had received no prior communication. The security guard on duty was overwhelmed, and ultimately, we were left without any support and thrown out onto the street. Neither Booking nor the reception staff were able to assist us over the phone.

Read moreI wanna write complain about apartments service: I travel around the world and stay in many different kind of hotels, and ur service was the worst in the world.
Such elementary requests as: to remove someone's underpants (anybody checked this apartment?) or to bring hangers to the apartment - during our three days staying nothing changed. In our apartment also one window not open and condition system doesn’t work.
We visit every single day reception and administrator promised us that “yes, yes, all thing will be sorted”.
Administrator offer to us 7 floors down apartment, which was darker and of course lower. We booked this apartment few month before to get high floor. We didn’t ask reception about it. We wasn’t interesting change apartment - just clean last party underpants.
Even after all, when we wanna back deposit, reception promise us “pls wait 2 min”. Of course u can guess we wait about half hour. If we didn’t ask all the time reception about our deposit , maybe we could wait few hours.
Manager should talk with “mr.gray” (only one man which working on reception) about savoir-vivre. First lesson: when u come to the reception and clients waiting smth u have to say “DZIEN DOBRY”!!! Lesson number two : switch off ego.
