★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)I had an extremely disappointing experience staying at RentPlanet - Apartamenty Ruska. Upon arrival, the apartment was in an unacceptable state despite paying an additional 200 PLN cleaning fee. 🚫 Unclean Floor & Safety Hazard – Small pieces of broken glass were scattered across the floor, making it unsafe. I even stepped on them, which caused discomfort.  🐜 Insect Infestation – Shockingly, I found bugs on the bed. This is completely unacceptable for any rental property.  🚿 Bathroom Flooding – The shower caused excessive flooding, with water spilling into the room. I had to use towels as a barrier to prevent water from reaching the bed. The lack of proper cleaning tools forced me to manually push water away every time I showered.   🔍 Privacy Issues – The curtains were too short, meaning neighbors could clearly see into my room, compromising my privacy. For a total cost of 340 PLN, I could have stayed in a 4 or 5-star hotel, which would have been much cleaner and more comfortable. The condition of this apartment did not justify the price. I reached out to the team with photos and complaints, requesting a resolution, yet no proper action was taken. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. Terrible experience — would never stay again. We booked the room at the reception and requested a nice one with a double bed so that two people could sleep comfortably. The room felt suffocating, like being trapped in a storage closet. The bed was so tiny it was impossible to rest properly, and the bathroom was cramped and uncomfortable. There were no blinds on the windows, so privacy and sleep were out of the question. First visit to Wroclaw and this was located in our favourite area, being close to excellent nightlife, restaurants and a beautiful park. The Loft Apartment was fitted with brand new appliances and looked brand new throughout. Comfortable bed, slept really well with windows open. Earl Grey tea, coffee provided.
