Lost & Found was the perfect family-run oasis that made me feel right at home as a solo traveler looking to get away from it all and relax. I stayed in the hostel room for six nights at the beginning of October. It was super clean, modern, and spacious - absolutely loved the room! The kitchen next door allowed me to store groceries I bought for prepping meals and cooking at night. Labeling the rooms by types of fruit was a nice, original touch and it helped keep things organized in the kitchen. The interior of the complex is filled with beautiful white buildings, colorful flowers, and a garden with tables and chairs to eat outside. ||||As I spent each day driving around to 2-3 different beaches along the Algarve Coast, this place served as a fantastic base. Every evening I would come back in time to have a beer and watch the sunset from the lovely rooftop patio. In the morning, I'd have a leisurely breakfast in the garden before setting out to the beaches. I especially liked chatting with the owners and other guests from around Europe. The communal kitchen was very well thought out and clean. I was made to feel very welcome. It's a little out of town if you want to go to Albufeira or to the beach but taxis and Ubers are very cheap. The one negative is at this time of year, the rooms are damp. I've no doubt during the warmer months, this is not a problem. I believe there is a restaurant attached but it wasn't open during my stay. There are two supermarkets in walking distance. Lots of...
