We booked our apartment a year in advance, Room 54. We asked to see the room as we had a very run down room perviously. When we arrived we were told that we were now booked into Room 55. We were very disappointed with our bedroom. There were two twin beds instead of the requested double bed! As a couple with a planned 2 weeks stay, this was unacceptable! Our adult daughters joined us for the 2nd week. The bathroom and toilets need to be fitted with a lock. People need privacy! At the end of the first week we came back to the apartment only to find a family letting themselves in late at night with all their suitcases!!!!! Thank goodness we returned at that moment! We feel that this was the apartment they booked originally but changed to room 54 perhaps because of the bed situation! That would explain the key error! This was quite a shocking experience! We could have been in bed! We had to buy some items, extra pillows, only one per bed provided. Mugs, and more...
Read moreCheap & poor. No double bed, all singles, no toilet paper supplied, no cleaning service. The kitchen needed gutting, 4 ring hob that you can only use 2 rings otherwise it trip's the electric. Oven does the same. Draws held together with staples and stick back plastic.
Only 2 pan's and a frying pan supplied. Patio doors don't lock, which did leaves us concerned about security!
No useful knives only 2 bread knives no cutting board supplied. TV only had 5 Channels when we arrived.
Too sum it up everything is done on the CHEAP, Other than the price.
In fairness the apartments are spacious, but very 1970s and in desperate need of modernization. We will not be returning, would rather stay at a 3 star establishment like castello which is less than 5...

They cancelled my booking and refunded the payment with no notice at all.||||Unable to rebook, unable to change card details to take payment again, unable to speak to anyone. They have stopped responding to my messages and have blocked my number (without speaking to me) so now I can’t call.||||The only reasoning they gave was that they tried to charge my card unsuccessfully- yet the payment cleared and has been with them since 18th Feb.||||2 weeks to go and need to try and find accommodation for 18 people now thanks to these cowboys.||||Do yourself a favour and stay well clear - or at least be prepared for a cancellation notice once you have committed to flights...
