Terrible behaviour with the owner which makes me believe never to trust her words again!!! I payed for a room for one night at the end of September 2025, there was an issue with bad miscommunication between booking.com and her establishments rules, which made me call her and have a conversation that ended with me asking for the no tax cancellation policy in order to receive the refund, to which she agreed and even told me to contact booking contact centre and let them know. After the call, I did what she told me to do and spoke to booking, they sent her the confirmation link to accept within 48hours… I sent her a text and tried calling to let her know, she saw and never replied or called back. I tried again after 2 days and the results were the same. I got no response or reply back until this day. I payed for a room that I did not use, she never accepted both confirmation links sent from booking and I never received the refund. I can’t receive it until she confirms the links, that’s what booking.com told me. In the end, the worst of it all to me is her lack of communication and accountability. It’s the disrespect of treating others like this. Why even have a business in the hospitality industry?? What’s the point? I’m Deeply disappointed with the owner.

This is a lovely hostel just outside of Lisbon, and a great place to get some relaxing beach time. From central Lisbon, just a 20min train ride, then 10min taxi.

The accommodations are new, and spaces that you want to be in. The place is kept clean and tidy and includes a full kitchen and washing machine. The best part is the large balcony that overlooks the ocean! It is a great place to hang, eat, and watch the sunset.

And you are just a 2 min walk to the beach! It goes for kilometers in both directions and is clean and not at all crowded. There are a number of bars and restaurants as well.

Definitely worth getting off the normal Lisbon path...

Reservamos el miércoles para el domingo , nos presentamos el domingo para ver si podemos hacer el check in antes de las 15 y cuál es la sorpresa que no había nadie en el alojamiento, llamamos a la puerta y a los números que aparecen en el cartel además del que facilitan en Booking , a las 14 recibimos un mail diciendo que por encontrase indispuesto no podíamos hacer el check in y que hablarían con Booking, por si había error volvemos a las 15 y no hay nadie ni responden a las llamadas a los 15 min recibimos un mail de Booking de que se anula la reserva sin coste , no creo que sea modos de anular una reserva en un sitio de playa con tan poca antelación y además en verano temporada alta ,además de no responder ningúna llamada en los teléfonos facilitados , pienso que hay mejores maneras de informar y más cuando hay tan poca antelación además que la señalización del establecimiento es algo escaso y el parking pequeño y con...
