Alto 19 Estoril Apartments — Hotel in Cascais

This was my third stay at this wonderful resort @ Estoril Luxury. Let me start by saying that the host, Fabio is just an incredible human being. He is very generous with his time and energy and he is very detail-oriented! I felt extremely at home here and the staff here makes sure that you have a wonderful stay.

The lodge is very relaxed and informal and yet it is meticulously taken care of - the pool is super clean, the yard is well-kept and the interior of the building is pristine and decorated with excellent taste.

In the living room, you will toys for kids and a huge HDTV with many satellite channels to watch almost any show you can imagine and the room has the basic cable which is great if you’re trying to stay in touch with CNN or BBC. If you’re a pool player, there is a billiards table and there’s also a sauna, Jacuzzi and a steam room so for health nuts this is a perfect refuge.

The room is extremely comfortable. The bed is firm, and the sheets are of top quality as are the comforter and pillows. There is a coffee maker in the room plus a mini bar filled with goodies so you will be very happy even if you just hunker down and enjoy your room.

This visit I arrived with some back pain and I spent four days soaking in the pool and had great results feeling better. And they brought me ice when I needed it and even some delicious green healthy juice to speed my recovery.

I love the location because you can get to Lisbon in 20 minutes and to Cascais in 10 minutes and Sintra in 15 minutes so as far as location goes, Estoril Luxury is unbeatable.

Finally, I’d like to express my gratitude for the flexibility on check in and check out times as that was very helpful and just goes to show that the staff at Estoril luxury go out of their way to make sure they do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Esta foi a minha terceira estadia neste resort maravilhoso - Estoril Luxury. Deixe-me começar dizendo que o anfitrião, Fabio, é um ser humano incrível. Ele é muito generoso com seu tempo e energia e é muito detalhista! Eu me senti extremamente em casa aqui e a equipe aqui garante que você tenha uma estadia maravilhosa.

A pousada é muito descontraída e informal e, no entanto, é meticulosamente cuidada - a piscina é super limpa, o quintal é bem cuidado e o interior do prédio é imaculado e decorado com muito bom gosto.

Na sala, você encontrará brinquedos para crianças e uma enorme HDTV com muitos canais via satélite para assistir a praticamente qualquer programa que você possa imaginar e a sala possui o cabo básico, o que é ótimo se você estiver tentando manter contato com a CNN ou BBC. Se você é um jogador de bilhar, há uma mesa de bilhar e também uma sauna, jacuzzi e sauna a vapor, então para os loucos por saúde, este é um refúgio perfeito.

O quarto é extremamente confortável. A cama é firme e os lençóis são de primeira qualidade, assim como o edredom e os travesseiros. Há uma cafeteira no quarto e um mini-bar cheio de guloseimas, então você ficará muito feliz, mesmo que apenas se agache e aproveite seu quarto.

Nesta visita cheguei com algumas dores nas costas e passei quatro dias de molho na piscina e tive ótimos resultados me sentindo melhor. E eles me trouxeram gelo quando eu precisava e até um delicioso suco verde saudável para acelerar minha recuperação.

Eu adoro a localização porque você pode chegar a Lisboa em 20 minutos e a Cascais em 10 minutos e Sintra em 15 minutos, então, no que diz respeito à localização, o Estoril Luxury é imbatível.

We stayed for the final three nights of our honeymoon. It was a lovely stay! The hotel is so grand and beautiful, Fabio is so helpful and kind, excellent communications via WhatsApp. The location is perfect - it’s quiet but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Free easy parking just outside the hotel. The bed was so comfy - the room had fabulous facilities, great aircon, well equipped bathroom and minibar. The breakfast was generous and tasty, nothing was too much trouble. We were even left some treats due to it being our honeymoon. It was a lovely personal touch. We visited when COVID was still around but we felt very safe- we had fresh masks in our room each day, many things were disinfected each day and sanitiser was available in most places of the hotel- felt very safe. We Recently stayed here for eight nights as we are looking for a place to live in Portugal. We wish We could live here because we really enjoyed our stay on all levels. Fabio was a great host and you can see how personal the whole vibe is there. The rooms are extremely nice and comfortable and it is also in a great location that puts you in the middle of a lot of stuff.|By the end of our eighth night we actually felt like this place was our home. It is not on the beach and therefore it is in a quiet area where you don’t hear a lot going on outside and there’s always important to us.
