The property is unfit to stay in. - it is supposed to be a "villa " and is in fact a few single rooms in an alleyway that you are locked into by a metal gate.||The tiny room is nothing like as advertised as a "studio " - it is pitch dark - you can only see anything when the door is open - the window has a view of the grey concrete wall one is on meter from it. I have stayed in the cheapest rooms in Calcutta and I promise they were better than this so called "Villa ". This property is so bad it is hard to describe and also their is a large building site 3 metres on the other side of the fence ! I could not even sit in the room with the door open without getting claustrophobia and panic attacks,||I could not stay there as it was so awful so Joana agreed to a cancellation on the phone - she then changed her mind and will not return the money that Booking.com have asked her to do many times even though I had left the property - also I then did not have keys to the property she was making me pay for and she would not return a call so that I could get them - it must be illegal to not provide entry to a property you have paid for ??||. She is dishonest - I have lost £350 to her and the experience completely ruined my holiday||People like this need to be stopped from scamming innocent holiday makers .||The photos are taken with the door open - imagine what it is like with the door closed ! with the door open everyone else from the alleyway can see it too. Dirty sheet underneath clean one...totally disgusting. We realised on final day when we stripped the bed...it had bodily fluids dirt paint etc. No housekeeping at all the entire stay. Big tin of fag nubs in the do called terrace. Old wooden terrace furniture.. Stripping paint work inside and out. No ventilation in the tiny suite, smelled of sewage when toilet was flushed and didn't Go away die to no ventilation. No shelves in the tiny fridge. Wires hanging out of the main light switch.in the bathroom on fllor near drain roken tile covered with a mat i hurt my foot on because they had tried to cover it but the tile was sharp. Loose tiles fell off the wall. The fly net on the skylight was coming away so flies came in I got bitten and sick. Dirty walls and doors. Electrical tape on the door. I complained to booking.com and sent pictures and they literally do not care. The water in the shower was so hot my partner burned his bum on the pipe which was placed too low. He has a black burn mark. No hot water in the sink tap at all just cold. Booking.com only offered 39 euros back on a booking that cmcost 156 pounds to suffer for four days. Avoid this place honestly. The group next to us booked with Air b&b and got two nights refunded ..the place is shickingky bad but booking.com obviously do not care about breaches of health and safety or health and hygiene policies. We will be reporting this accommodation..no one should have to endure this level...
