Praia do Estoril — Attraction in Cascais

I recently spent a sunny afternoon at Praia do Estoril and it quickly became one of my favorite coastal retreats near Lisbon. This beach offers a wonderful balance of relaxed energy and natural charm, with a broad stretch of golden sand and calm, clear water that is perfect for swimming or simply wading by the shore. I admired the scenic coastal promenade lined with palm trees and neat benches, making it easy to take a pleasant walk before or after your time by the sea. The surrounding cafés and kiosks sell light snacks and drinks at fair prices, and renting a sunbed and umbrella is also moderately affordable. The beach gets lively during peak season, which is both positive for the atmosphere but can also feel a bit crowded if you prefer more solitude. I tried a refreshing iced tea from one of the nearby kiosks, which complemented the beach vibe perfectly.
