2 stars and here is why: plus 3 for the food, minus 2 for the bad service, plus 1 for the outdoor area.

We went with 4 people and opened them up. We were the only people there for 30 minutes.

Per usual they put the covers on the table (olives, bread, cheese) and we didn't even touch it.

We ordered 1/2 bottle of wine and the man complained to us that we "don't drink enough wine." That was strange and uncalled for.

For food, 3 of 4 people got fish, I got bitoque. The fish looked good and came with broccoli and potatoes. I asked for the bitoque to come with broccoli (instead of chips or rice) since it was already being cooked and the server man got angry and yelled at me that it was not possible. I don't get it - how hard would it have been to change?

The fish was good. The bitoque was overcooked. The chips were good.

When it came time to pay, we were charged €1.20 for bread and olives because when they came to take the covers away before the main courses, we said "we may eat these so let's keep them for now." We didn't touch them, though.

The server / old man refused to take the €1.20 off the bill even though it was obvious they hadn't been touched. Fair enough. But then he started yelling and raising his voice again at us telling us it was our fault etc etc.

Look, I'm not fussed about €1.20 but I felt very poorly treated as a customer. From being told I don't drink enough, to the substitution on the bitoque (a very small ask in a deserted restaurant) to the bill.

Unfortunately the bill incident was the last for us. The restaurant won't see us again even though we live 3 blocks away. It's a shame to lose customers over such a small amount of money and very bad...

The worst treat I've ever received. We were 3 people to have dinner and usually don't eat a lot, so we tried to order a salad and a fish dish (with guarnition) to share. The old waiter started to shout, telling that it was insuficient and that we have to order more. At first, we thought that he was trying to give an advise, but he carried on shouting angry. We don't know if the usual thing to do is order a main dish per person, but, in any case, the treat was awful. He could have explainded that(if that was the case). The restaurant was full of local people and the food was ok, but anyway, you can try to explain without yelling. We are spanish and speak 5 languages between the 3 of us, so probably we would have understand the local way. We finally ordered another dish, and, obviously,it was too much for the three of us. In addition, you can only pay in cash or by Portuguese...

Good food, dreadful service. Not worth a visit. Last time we went we did not actually stay because they were very rude to start with. They wanted us to seat on a table of 4, next to another couple. This was clearly a covid-19 rule break. We tried to reason with the owner and he yelled at us. We left at once. I have noticed that each time they get a bad review they blame it on covid.

It’s a pity the service is so bad, and above all that they do not intend...
