Regal — Hotel in Brăila

price versus service 10plus . the personel from reception is veryyyy nice . breakfast included in the room price ( very nice and fresh. perfect coffee ) . great location in the center. nice terases and bars arround . they have restaurant in the hotel . 2 coffee machines . bolt and uber in this town are very active . ATMs are all around . room 204 nice view, big room, clean ish but no wi fi signal here ...the rooms are a lill bit old ...but in regards of the price ...i saw worse ( expensive and same quality ...even bad service) . danube river is close .

room 106 .very small. no view. one small bed ...bathroom needs renovation .good internet connection, but room old and no renovations at all . eventually i ve change it to 204

update : 2nd time i am coming in this hotel . this is my last time ....the pictures on booking are totally fake ... the hotel is old ish ... now not prooerly clean ... they didnt want to give me the remote from the AC for the heating, saying that i need to sleep covered 😑... eventually they did ...the room was not properly cleaned ( hair from some woman was everywhere, the fridge it was never cleaned ...) the drains stinked, i needed to cover them for the smell to not come into the room ... spiders in the bathroom ... no door in the shower ... hair on the bed linen ...not vacuumed ... dunno if here in braila the hotels are all like this...

This hotel sits on a pedestrianised precinct in the central part of town. Easy access to bars and restaurants. When we stayed they did not offer evening meals, have a bar, or area to sit outside. No lift, if mobility is an issue.||The room we had was clean and wifi worked well in the room. However at 12.30 am someone in the adjoining room decided to have a shower. It was as though we were in the same room. Paper thin walls.||The lady on reception was very helpful and helped us store our bicycles overnight. Her recommendation to eat at the Carol Restaurant was an excellent suggestion and we had one of the best meals we have had in Romania. Note the entrance is at the side of the building up some stairs. It looked closed at first.||In summary somewhere to...

This 2 stars hotel is a very nice surprise. I did not have much expectations, but the place exceeded my expectations.|Located in the center, with parking spot available, walking distance from Traian square and no more than 5 minutes walk from the theatre.|The service is very good, for every request the management and employees are doing the best possible to fulfill.|Clean rooms.|Good breakfast, I have to mention tasty coffee which made me think about real Turkish coffee.|If you ask you have vegetarian options.|If you need a clean, nice place to stay this might me the best place to stay.|I mention that you have nearby places to eat or...
