Pensiune Heavens — Hotel in Brăila

We booked three apartments for our large family party and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. They also had balconies and all the facilities we needed; we also liked the terrace where we could sit and enjoy drinks and good food. We were able to explore the city easily from this location. Unfortunately we had a major problem with the water: this was cut off for much of our stay. The first time it happened the manager put some downstairs rooms at our disposal, where the water was still working. However, a couple of days later the water went off throughout the entire building. This was very difficult for us and really reduced the quality of our stay. Because of this problem I cannot give five stars. I hope for the sake of other guests this problem is...

Als Gast wird man hier eher weniger behandelt, eher als ein Übel, das noch mehr Arbeit bedeutet. Angefangen, dass man die Schlüssel auf den Tresen knallt und bei der Nachfrage nach dem "Parkplatz", die Aussage erhält, Tor ist offen. Wo? Dort hinten....||Als Parkplatz würde ich den Hinterhof jedoch nur ungern bezeichnen, aber das Auto war wenigstens weg von der Straße.||||Die beiden Zimmer die wir hatten gingen vorne heraus, was jedoch den Nachteil hatte, dass es durch den Terassenbetrieb bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut war.||Unser Zimmer hatte zur Dekoration noch eine Klimaanlage, welche leider nicht funktionierte. Das Bad war schön groß und sauber.||||Der Frühstücksraum ist auch gleichzeitig die Rezeption, das Frühstüch selbst war ausreichend, jedoch war es dem Personal fast schon zuviel, wenn man noch nach Milch gefragt hat und wehe man hat sich noch eine weitere Tasse Kaffee selbst gemacht, da kam dann gleich ein "No". Kann ich ja verstehen, um so ´ne Kapsel einzulegen muss man ja besonders geschult sein ;-)||||Wir sind einen Tag früher als gebucht abgereist. Dass man das Zimmer komplett bezahlen muss, sehe ich ja noch ein. Dass man aber auch das Frühstück bezahlen muss nicht so wirklich....||||Der Manager hat sich noch freundlich verabschiedet mit den Worten:"bis nächstes Jahr" ||Sorry, ganz...

Both the room and the bathrooms were very big and clean. The amenities were fine, though a few things could be slightly improved.||For the very noise sensitive people, may be good to bring some ear plugs as some rooms are facing the restaurant/terrace and there may be music until just after midnight.||Location is great, but the parking may be challenging if you are arriving too late and there are events organized in...
