I made a reservation at this pension initially for 3 nights. I called a few days later to prolong my reservation with one more night. They told me that there was no problem. When we arrived at the pension to check in, we were surprized to find out that our reservation was only for 3 nights. They told us that unfortunatelly all their rooms were reserved for friday night (our forth night) and the only way that they could resolve the situation was if somebody would call to cancel their resevation. The receptionist was very sceptic when we told her that we called to prolong our resevation and she said that we probably talked with her collegue. She talked to her collegue who said she remembered us calling only to ask for a room with a balcony. The receptionist was very rude by telling us that it was our own fault becouse we didn't ask for a written confirmation of the reservation and frankly it was our word against their own. Nevertheless, she told us to stay calm becouse somebody will probably cancel their reservation and that we should pass by the reception the following days to ask if the unpleasant situation was resolved. We passed by the reception every day and every time they told us very calmly that nothing was resolved. We even got to meet the receptionist with who we talked on the phone. She admited that she remebered the phone call, but she probably forgot to note down the reservation. So she lied the first time...||We had to find another hotel for one night, which was a hard thing to do becouse most of the rooms were reserved in that weekend. The employers of Mora pension didn't care to help us at all, eventhough it was their own fault.||We also found ANTS in the bathroom...but didn't bother us as much as the receptionists attitude towards us.||I wouldn't recommend this pension to anybody. I have stayed at this pension many times but this time it was the last time. I booked the standard room and at the reception I paid extra for the superior room. It was 20 degrees outside and 17 degrees in the room. I was asked if heat was needed and I said yes. I was allowed to warm up for about an hour (14:00 - 15:00) at 17:00 the temperature was dropping. by 19:00 the temperature had dropped again to 17-18 degrees. Returning from work around 2:30 AM the heat was still off. The hot water in the shower had low pressure and temperature fluctuations ... the hot water followed very hot followed by very cold and so on. I called the front desk to turn on the heat but no one answered them finishing the program at 22:00. When I left the location I explained to the lady at the reception the problem with the heat in the room that I had to sleep dressed thick enough to be able to rest and she said that the schedule for the heat in the room is 3:00 - 5:00 AM. ... ok but until 3:00 how do we do it? do we come with an electric radiator from home ?????? I asked for a refund of the amount paid extra for the "superior" room, NOT the full amount of the accommodation .... but I was not accepted, although it was a small amount of 30 RON. I left very tired / disappointed / chilled .... etc .... I didn't even receive an apology. SHAME!!!!!!!!! Read moreStiamata doamna/Stimate domn, Va raspund tot in acelasi review postat cu ceva timp in urma sa clarificam nelamuririle dvs privind nemultumirea mea: De la sosire am recunoscut ca am facut revezervarea pe booking am ales eronat camera standard in loc de "superioara" am intreabat care ar fi diferenta de pret pe care am si achitat-o ( diferenta foarte mica din pct meu de vedere 30 RON) Cand i-am inmanat banii doamnei am spus in spirit de gluma ca as merita un discount avand in vedere zecile de rezervari pe care le-am facut la pensiunea dvs...asta nu inseamna negociere si ma repet...mai ales dupa ce am inmanat banii dn-ei de la receptie.Privind fluctuatiile de de apa calda, exact cum am scris si mai jos apa nu avea presiune ( ora 14:45-15:00 si am intampinat mici probleme aceasta curgand cand foarte fiarta cand rece...toaleta avea mici reziiduri pe fundul acesteia, nisip/pamant nu stiu exact nu am analizat foarte atent dar in orice caz nu am gasit nimic atasat pe capacu toaletei sau in dus sau pe chiuveta din care sa reiasa ca aceastea au fost dezinfectate cum se procedeaza la restul pensiunilor/hotelurilor.Problema cu caldura conform datelor si statisticilor meteo din ziua cazarii pe timpul noptii au fost 11 grade iar in timpul zilei 22 si exact cum am scris in camera erau 16 grade la sosire (ora 14:00) iar seara undeva pe la ora 19:00 termomstatul din camera indica 18 grade, la revenirea in camera ora 02:30 cand afara erau 11 - 12 grade si ploua erau 17 grade, poate pentru dvs este ok aceasta temperatura...pentru mine...si nu am cerut 30 de grade in camera ca nu sunt absurd dar macar 22 grade cat au fost in timpul zilei. Numarul de telefon pentru urgente nu am considera necesar sa il folosesc deoarece nu luase foc nimic si nu era nimic atat de grav. Avand in vedere afirmatiile dvs privind comentariile catre alte hoteluri imi doresc sa aduceti dvs declaratiile acestor hotelur prin care dansii se plang de acest lucru. Recenzii negative din cate observati aveti doar dvs si inca o pensiune care nu si-a respectat intelegerea telefonica. Insist sa imi aduceti dovezile dvs prin care sustineti ca am fost cazat vreodata gratuit. La dumneavoastra din 2016 de cand stau la dvs de cate ori am stat gratuit?
