Hotel Flora — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

Good point:|- it is well positionated|- they have mosquito net at the window|- fonctional aer conditioning||Bad point:|- the smell in the room is barely suportable and you can let the window open it doesn t get away|- the bathroom doesn t have any shelf. Not in the shower and not over de sink. Not very practical to put your things|- the toilet lid is not well fixed. |- you can heard the water of the toilet whow geting back|- the door of the bathroom is damage. You can see that they put o sort of sticker to hide de defect|- the breakfast doesn t have all is needed to be a 3 star hotel. It doesnt have milk, cereal, juice, fruit. They is only two type of bread. The cheese is put on plate and do not have any refrigeration system, the cheese because of the heat is melting. If you are not coming early, the coffe will be cold.|- the swiming pool is not clean| You can write your name with your finger. When you go to the small pool who suposes to be a kind of jacuzy that doesn t work. You can feel that under the material put in it that it is destroy under it.|- the mobilier of the restaurant that is at the pool is complete destroid. |- the mobilier of the pool himself is not very clean.|- the toilet of the pool is not clean very often doesn t have any toilet paper.|- the rooms are not getting clean. Usually I'm kind when writing reviews and I try to find and highlight the good things regarding the locations that I visit, but in this case I will split the review in two parts: ||Good things (1) ||- the location, near the beach. ||||Bad and very bad things (-4) ||- the price does not match with the comfort. 300 lei/night for a very small room, which smells a bit, almost no bathroom (around 2 square metres, dirty, and outdated). ||- the reception ladies act like you disturb them with questions. ||- room services are poor, maybe because the cleaning lady's low qualifications. They don't provide toilet paper and they never changed the beds for 6 days, and now that I'm on my last day here, probably they will not change them. ||- the bed is awful! The bed mattress is just falling down, and you will sleep very bad. ||- the swimming pool has dirty edges, some kids wrote their name on that dirt, and the edge is partially removed form the edge. ||- the parking lots are not sufficient, that will be the first issue that you will face when arriving here. ||||Conclusion, avoid this hotel, is way to expensive for what is offering, spend your money on...

The hotel looks nice in photos but it is another thing in the reality. Really.||car parking is available for approximately 1/3 of the capacity. In the summer, you have to find the parking somewhere else. Impossible to find a convenient spot near by. With kids and bags this is very inconveniencing. The hall is not air conditioned... we took an apartment and it was really not as expected... extremely small and poorly furnished. The toilette, specially, was the smallest, and the poorer I have ever seen in an hotel; not even a shelf to put the toothbrush ! ||To conclude: a breakfast lounge ( where the free breakfast coming along the stay was served ) looking extremely sad... with a design and set up "Ceausescu style"... almost embarrassing if related to the normal hotel hospitality standards we are used to. And the room windows. They are locked with keys... not possible to open them. Unbelievable...||A week ruined by the poor standard of this place....
