Victoria — Hotel in Constanta Metropolitan Area

I went there two weeks ago during the weekend and we only encountered unpleasant situations:||* check in: after 18:00||* very rude staff at reception that wanted to call security because we asked why is the check in so late||* awful food in the morning (the only meal we had included): almost nothing edible, very dirty plates with butter on them from previous people that ate on them, restaurant with dirty tables and nobody picking up the plates from the tables||* small room with ugly parking view, with unconfortable beds and pillows, very small, with tube tv placed on the way from the entrance to the balcony where you could bump your hear easily. ||* very old bathroom, with drains that didnt work and flooded the floor||* old communist elevators. you had to wait over 5 min for one to come||* lots of noise from the clubs and terraces nearby...no way to sleep well||||Only one plus: good location, close to the resort center||||All in all, very unpleasant experience, i will never go again and i advise everybody to but a tent better...

Great breakfast and super fresh watermelon. Varied menu and we loved that we were able to eat outside on the beach. Super location! Get the sea view room! Totally worth it. I would add shelves I. The bathroom, maybe above the toilet so we could have to towels in the bathroom and at least a hook on the door for the towel or clothes it would be so handy for when you have a shower!

The hotel was booked a month in advance as we were part of a wedding party (half of the guest list was staying at this hotel). The morning after the wedding, they ran out of coffee. 🤨 Really!? The room furniture had a thick coat of dust, and we found random socks in one of the nightstands. The balcony door wouldn’t close properly; I could hear the breeze at night, and it made the room chilly. The bride asked us if our room was clean because their bridal suite wasn’t, and neither was her parents' room. We were scheduled to check out the morning after the wedding. We changed that date at check-in when we arrived, before the wedding, and after consulting with the front desk, we filled out the paperwork with the said change. The front desk failed to follow through, and someone tried to enter our room....
