Omg.. very poor service..booked a reservation (email confirmation) and called the property to confirm.. they said room was double booked and could not honor the reservation, because someone else booked it as well ( after a full pre payment and charged my card). The lady promised to call booking.com to cancel it and get me a full refund and never did. Poor service.. I was very curious about staying at the Terrace Suites, the property and its location were very intriguing to me. I just completed my stay and the experience lived up to expectations. It was a perfect location for us with the jacuzzi and the view of the city and palas in the backdrop.
