The chicken wings were somehow at once both overcooked and cold, along with the fries. It happens, I get it. But the thing that stood out to me was that it did not seem to bother the staff at all that I did not eat but two bites of food. No one came over to ask how it was. At the end of the meal, when we were able to get the waiters attention, he brought us our check and we paid for the whole thing without any question as to why I had a whole plate of food still sitting in front of me. He did not offer to wrap it up. He did not question it at all. So, I guess that Czech In does not care at all about their customers. I have been in multiple times in the past and the food has been outstanding most of the time. But this is the third time this has happened and been handled in the exact same way. The place with the worst service I have ever experienced

The waitress was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, did even not try to help with the Romanian language menu we did not understand - she just shragged and said they don't have any English menu - so we couldn't order any food

The worst came after - 1 beer we ordered she brought in a wrong size (300 ml instead of 500),another one she just did not bring, even after we reminded her - but in the invoice it was counted

And it was really hard to get the right invoice eventually, she just said to pay less and go away

A wonderful place to eat with a stunning view of the Palace. The food was very good, and the service attentive.

The only downside was the extremely loud live music on the weekend. When the band was performing, it became almost impossible to hold a conversation. We came to spend the evening with friends we hadn’t seen in a long time and wanted to catch up, but the noise level made that impossible.
