KOA - Davino Aparthotel — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

I would not recommend this place due to extremely rude staff employed by this place. 3 members of staff, an elderly man who was drunk while working, a girl, presuming the receptionist and another young man were extremely rude towards me and my family, including my elderly parents and my 3 year old son. All 3 became aggressive and violent, cursing and swearing at us everything under the sun, even intimidating and wanting to become physically aggressive towards us.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Later Edit: In response to the most disrespectful and disgusting behaviour ever received from a "manager" of a property as stated below: The only asset taken by myself was a wall nut from the ground in front garden of the property to give it to my son. 1 wallnut. To clarify even further, we were not asked to leave the property (property meaning garden where the tree was, next to the pedestrian street, for context) in a nice way. Furthermore, the man severely drunk started cursing and becoming aggressive towards me and my son. I've asked him nicely to talk to me in a respectful manner because I was nice to him and said we are leaving now as we only wanted 1 wall nut. The lady encouraged the disgusting behaviour and started swearing and cursing even worse 😑. I do not tolerate abuse towards my family even more towards a 3 year old. Regardless of whether we were your clients or not, you should be ashamed of yourself for the way you are talking to people who didn't mean any harm and were talking respectfully.It is clear your main goal is to take people's money and not their safety, etc, as you describe trying to excuse your appaling behaviour. The way you and your drunken staff swear towards a family with young children and senior people around speaks for itself when you wished for my son to die, to choke, and other very nasty things. This is how a "manager" acts and encourages the staff to follow the lead.Yes, I got angry and said a few things back when my family was being threatened and abused for meaning no harm, apart from taken 1 wall nut :)) As I said above, AVOID these people as they're mean to the core and don't give a damn about anything and anyone else...

We stayed in the 3-room dormitory for one night.

Ups: perfect location outside the city centre free parking and good food and coffee nearby (FRACT restaurant and Zatz coffee house) plenty of space inside the apartment, also very comfortable kitchen with cutlery and whatever you need for cooking (including tea or coffee) bathroom with washing machine

Downs: unpleasant smell in the toilet very thin walls (easy to hear...

The location is good, but the overall experience was not great. The bed sheets were made of cheap plastic like polyester, and the pillows were very low quality and uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning only a fan, which wasn’t enough in the summer heat. There was no extra linen for the sofa beds, and they completely forgot to provide us with towels.
