Rainer — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

Unfortunately I stayed there with my boyfriend for 2 nights, but we plan never to go back there in the future.||We arrived there around 16.00 and we said hello to the person behind the reception desk, the guy sitting there did not bother to answer, simply asked us what do we want.||The location is quite noisy because the main road is just in front of the small hotell. ||The mini bar has 2 juices and 2 waters that are not even cold.||The parking has a a capacity for 6 cars so if you get lucky you can get 1 place.||We payed a lot of money and on the website they said we have a hair drier in the room but we could not find any.||The most dreadfull thing that we found very disrespectful is that when we came back from the city the second day at around 18.00 the front door of the hotel was locked from the inside so we had to go on the back because imagine that on the restaurant of the hotel a wedding/party was happening. We said ok, that is weird but at 23.59 the music was loud and still shouting and this we could hear from the last floor we stayed trough the door. We of course could not sleep and this is so stupid because we went to a 3 stars hotel to relax and we got this. I went to the 24-hours-opened reception to talk to someone but of course no one was there.||This never happened to us and I think it is not ok to be treated like this, I am pregnant and I can not stay up all night because of a party, after all I payed for...

Poate cea mai dezamăgitoare experiență avuta vreodată la un hotel. In primul rând, camera era situată la mansardă unde era FOARTE cald. Cel puțin în momentul în care am ajuns, seara, nu se putea respira mai deloc în cameră. Camera era dotată cu aer condiționat, însă telecomanda acestuia lipsea. A trebuit să mergem la recepție să cerem o telecomanda, însă surpriză.. nu erau telecomenzi suficiente! Domnul de la recepție a venit cu noi să ne pornească aerul și ne-a lăsat telecomanda pentru un interval limitat de timp. După care a venit cu un scaun pe care l-a lăsat în fața ușii noastre, și ne-a rugat să lăsăm telecomanda pe hol, pe scaunul respectiv, ca să fie folosită și de ceilalți oaspeți ai hotelului. De când e necesar ca eu, în calitate de client al hotelului și de plătitor de servicii, să împart telecomanda de la aerul condiționat cu ceilalți oaspeți ai hotelului pentru că nu au ei telecomenzi suficiente? Oricum, aerul condiționat fiind foarte vechi, nu l-am lăsat pornit mai mult de 20 de minute. Hotelul este situat fix lângă un sens giratoriu, deci este trafic mai non stop. A trebuit să stăm cu geamurile deschise până undeva pe la 2 dimineața, iar de afară se auzea un zgomot infernal. Ulterior, am cedat și am închis geamurile pentru a putea adormi. La un moment dat, în jur de 5 dimineața, în cameră TE SUFOCAI de căldură literalmente, simțeai cum este mult prea cald și cum nu mai ai aer să respiri. A trebuit să deschidem din nou geamurile însă n-am mai putut să adormim deloc – se auzeau din nou traficul, păsările, pescăruși, etc. – iar noi venisem la Brașov pentru un EXAMEN DE ADMITERE. Vă dați seama ce odihnă plăcută înainte de examen am putut să avem cu doar 3 ore de somn și o astfel de experiență. O să menționez și cum la baie, dacă opreai lumina, ar fi trebuit să se stingă și ventilația care scotea un zgomot foarte mare. Ei bine, stingeai lumina dar ventilația NU se mai oprea. Trebuia să scoți cartela ca să oprești curentul și ulterior se oprea ventilația. Dar să trecem și la alte aspecte cel puțin la fel de interesante. Uscătorul de păr lipsea și el din cameră, deși era menționat în „facilitățile” acesteia. Pernele (doar două foarte mici) erau umplute cu fulgi, însă se vedeau și se simțeau foarte vechi, deoarece se forma o gaură foarte mare în ele în momentul în care te așezai cu capul. Foarte incomode, nu am putut dormi deloc bine. Locurile de parcare erau și ele limitate, dar am avut norocul să îl prindem fix pe ultimul când am ajuns. Micul dejun a fost FOARTE SLAB, iar atmosfera din sala de mic dejun era una de mormânt. Nu era niciun sunet pe fundal pentru că nu exista un radio sau orice fel de muzică, erau doar oaspeții hotelului care vorbeau în șoaptă (pentru că era mult prea liniște și ciudat), acompaniați de sunete de farfurii, furculițe și cuțite. Când spun că micul dejun a fost slab, mă refer la faptul că opțiunile, care după ce că erau limitate, mai erau și de proastă calitate (iar legumele – rosii, castraveti – uscate). Dacă voiai cafea, după espressor a trebuit să așteptăm 20 de minute ca un angajat să vină să îi schimbe apa. Și dacă tot vorbim despre angajați, când ne-am cazat ne-a întâmpinat un domn după care a trebuit să așteptăm la recepție 10 minute și care nu era român. Nu m-ar fi deranjat acest lucru dacă ar fi știut să comunice bine fie în română, fie în engleză. I-am cerut de 3 ori parola de la Wi-Fi pentru că nu înțelegeam ce zice, ulterior am folosit propriile mele date mobile. Per total, cea mai oribilă experiență avută vreodată la un hotel, pe banii noștri. Nu m-aș fi așteptat să am o experiență atât de slabă într-un hotel cu un astfel de scor și nici noi nu suntem cei mai...

This hotel is quite clean and spacious. The rooms are well heated and they provide a lavish breakfast with a variety of food. However, the lift is out of order and has apparently not been working since last September. We had a room on the fourth floor, and it was extremely hard to carry all the luggage upstairs. Moreover, there are no extra pillows or blankets in the room. We were two people (friends) sharing one room and were given a single bed quilt to share between us for the first night, which is quite unacceptable. We asked for another quilt and were told that the hotel was full and that they did not have another one. They did however provide an extra cushion for me, which I needed due to serious acid reflux issues. The cleaning lady also changed our single quilt to a double for the second night. There was also a wedding reception held at the hotel on the second day of our stay, and there was loud music till quite late at night. In short, this is quite a good three star hotel if you are travelling light, can sleep soundly through loud music and don't mind cuddling up with your travelling companion under a...
