After a nightmare experience with another rental agency, Galerea Hotel and the staff were a Godsend! We met Olga who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and special. ||We stayed in a business level room and were surprised at how spacious and comfortable it was. The room was clean, well-furnished and well-equipped with refrigerator, glasses, water dispenser, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, and as a special treat, Olga provided us with chocolates and champaign. Compared to the way we had been treated previously by another rental company, I thought I was in heaven. Breakfast was served each morning until 11:00 and we appreciated the slightly longer serving time. ||This hotel's location could not be better -- right on Nevsky Prospect within easy walking distance to the subway, shopping, wonderful restaurants, ballet and theatre buildings and boat cruises. There is even a cute little park where artists gather that is just a stone's throw away.||Be sure that you have good physical mobility because you have to walk stairs to get to the hotel.
