Otel' Nevskiy 111 — Hotel in округ Лиговка-Ямская

We stayed here on the third floor as a big group of us we did 5 nights 6 days including breakfast. It was a wonderful big hotel with three different hotels in one I have never seen anything like it .

Was a beautiful grand building and very welcoming with the staff and our keys was there waiting for us in the evening. It was up the 3 lots of stairs but we didn't mind we are fit and it kept us going everyday.

The room was beautiful and very clean a lot of space with a huge comfy double bed . We had the window open we couldn't see anything as there was building work going on but we didn't mind we was only there to sleep and shower.

The breakfast each morning was in a cosy little room with all our tour group at 7.30 each morning. It was a continental breakfast and you could help your self to bread and cereal . It was full of flavour and enough to keep you going for the rest of the day.

Everything was very clean all the time and each day we came back there was clean bathroom, floor and clean towels which was a blessing after a long hot day.

There was a beautiful breeze at night coming into our room as it was very hot outside everyday and it collected the heat in the room like a sauna.

We had no proplems staying here ,was extremely safe with the security locks on the main door and our hotel door to keep us all safe. We slept very well every night and the shower was amazing with all different settings I loved the free shampoo /gel we got.

We kept our money in the safe all week and was extremely safe and a good idea to have peace of mind carrying money around.

Bedbugs - stay away from it. We checked in first 2 nights for 4 people. After spending all day in the city came late evening to have a good sleep woke up 30 minutes later from bites! I could not believe what I found in the bed with my kids- bedbugs!!! Now it’d 1:30 in the morning, we can’t sleep, they don’t have any more rooms available. The alternative hotel was offered only for one night! How disrespectful and inconsiderate that is ? How can I spend my previous time by packing and unpacking my 4 suitcases just to spend each night in different hotels! Please note the management refused to admit it has taken place. What the audacity ! We have video supporting that they had to places in the nearest hotel for the duration of our stay in St. Petersburg. I’m considering reporting this hotel to the appropriate authorities for further inspection of the facility ! They keep denying the responsibility for the safety of...

dont waste your time. disgusting place that has bed bugs. manager tried to accuse us of being crazy when my sister & i got bit up all over our bodies. instead of moving us to a new room immediately, he took apart the couch trying to find evidence because apparently photographs were not enough. luckily my sister missed one of the bugs & didn’t fully kill it, so it was still alive in the trash can. only then after presenting the bed bug to the manager he moved us over. you’re better off somewhere else!

UPDATE: I also added a video & photograph of the owner carrying our bags at (1AM you can see the time stamp) because he is accusing us of lying, JUST LIKE HE DID WHEN WE WERE AT THE HOTEL. you can see the took the bed APART & we are packing to leave. i knew you would accuse us of lying. that’s exactly why i took the video.
